Very clean and beautiful The water pressure was low and took time for hot water

Room was nice and comfortable with nice balcony I booked due to centrally located and nice room with fewa lake view but it’s the outside was extremely noisy due to local young tourist. All the buses were parked and lots of noise coming from the open ground which distracted the views.

its in superb location with friendly staff and amazing rooms with the lake view and the breakfast was really good they could have made a proper parking space but its understandable overall i liked everything that was there

I just booked the hotel without looking at review. We stayed in dec 2024 I saw review since June July people complaining about hot water. And they still haven't fixed it. We complained but still till we checked out there wasn't hot water. There was only 1 girl at reception with no other help. There was no help for luggage. The reception girl offers to help us. But it's doesn't make sense. She works at reception. Other thing breakfast wasn't good either. Well, I dont think review will matter. Since so many bad review about the same thing and they haven't fixed it Not worthy yr money. Location wise is good. Good if you are staying like backpackers or short stay. It's not good for family . I am very disappointed and please hire an extra few people for help.

Room and location was good. Cleanliness was good. The breakfast was not satisfactory and the room toilet flush was not working properly as it kept getting stuck. Hot water was not flowing properly.

Please don't ruin your holiday by making a booking at this hotel. I had booked a suite room, but was not provided one, and when I checked with the front office, they said that the room which was given to me is also a suite. I showed him the pictures of the suite available on Booking.com, Agoda, and even their website. He then says, that room is already occupied. How do I have a valid booking for a suite then? The next morning- there is no water in the washroom. I call the front office, and there's no resolution for the next 30 minutes. I went to the front office and then they fix it. During the checkout the front office guy asks me for the full amount of the suite, and I say I have been given another room, why should I pay that amount? He offers me a 10% discount. I had to invest all my energy into explaining him that I am not paying the requested amount. Finally, I paid the rate for the room given to me, with a 10% discount after arguing a lot. How are these guys running a hotel when they don't know anything about hospitality? I later on saw that my booking had been canceled by the hotel after the checkout. Still, I've stayed here and I'm posting a review so that other travelers are informed. Dear travelers, please speak up against such scams and don't let them enjoy your hard earned money for a substandard service. Please don't ruin your holiday by booking a room here. The photos and the views may look lovely but the service is gonna disappoint you big time.

Nice and new 1. Not so clean 2. We didn’t had hot shower for all our days. It didn’t help to arguing with the staff also. They just don’t have hot showers…..

One of the top hotel near lake side. Perfect location. We don’t even need transportation to go to lake. So many top nearby restaurants within walking distance from the hotel location.Excellent services,clean and comfortable rooms with a/c onit. Effective check in .Views were excellent from the rooms balcony. Make sure to book upstairs rooms for excellent views. The staffs were really awesome. They were kind , helpful and respectful. Hats off to front desk team . We will definitely visit once we get back there

Location & friendly staff No hot water for shower and loud noise from neighbours around 3 am which woke me up and couldn’t go back to sleep
