This is about 10mins walk from the Pokhara Tourist Bus terminal and within 10mins walk to the main arterial lakeside road. There was a bottle of drinking water and tissue paper in the room. Hot drinking water upon request. Wifi was adequate. Mattress was comfortable and bedding meets industry standards. Floor was thinly carpeted, to maintain warmth if walking barefooted during winter. There was no noise from traffic but the dogs in the neighbourhood kept barking on and off throughout the night. Tables or furniture were dragged across the floor at about 10pm for the evenings when I was there. The hot water was not warm enough in the evenings.

Solar hot water works ! Even at night still have some lukewarm water flowing . Super friendly and nice host , best value for money and location short walk to the lake. Highly recommended.
