?❤️❤️Hotel Ezen is one of the best Hotel in pokhara lake side (centre point ) ❤️❤️❤️????? location is best just few 2 mints walking bus stand halan chok lake side 2 mint All tourist market just 2 mint .. The best Part of Hotel is very neet and clean hotel All the room , balcony , washroom fully hygeine and clean The hotel run under ownership The hotel owner mam(didi) and her husband is very familiar as like friend and family we spent more than 6 days , and feel like , we are staying at our house , all the room fully furnished all well maintain by A/C facilities , with hot and cold water 24hrs we would recommend all the good family married couple can stay in Ezen hotel Ezen is one of the best hotel in pokhara lake side centre point its run underowership feel as like home. they all are very helpful 24hrs supply of hot and cold water all room furnished with well equipment very very very neet and clean no dust ,,, all the maintaing hygine

too noisy at midnight The people in the room next to us came back from the bar in the middle of the night, Shouting in the lobby, and even gathered a lot of people in the room to have a party, with loud speakers, singing with microphones. Many calls to the hotel were not resolved, and we could not sleep all night. Very disappointed and speechless, I mentioned it to the staff when I checked out in the morning, but they did not express any apology or make up measures. Maybe we're foreigners and the people living next door are locals. I feel like I'm being treated differently. Will never stay here again, nor would anyone be advised to stay in such a disrespectful hotel.

how the owner marked my reservation as “no show” in order to avoid my review, try again -unsafe, impossible to lock windows facing corridor so anyone can get in your room easily -AC not working -bad smell bathroom -tv not working -not clean, old dirty sheets -very tired place in general
