Great location in Lakeside. Helpful staff when I wanted to extend my stay multiple times. Room had really nice natural light.

The room we get eventually was good and comfortable, and it’s very close to the center yet quiet. The first thing is that there was not hot water in the shower, when we told the owner he said its solar and we should try afternoon, we tried afternoon and still no hot water, then he told us sorry the hot water finished. I could give this place less then 7 but the weather was ok so it was possible to shower with cold water, but if the weather is cold dont come to this place. Second thing we didnt get the room we booked in the pictures, we insisted and he said the guy that took the pictures made a mistake, i don’t understand why its my problem, i still insisted eventually he told me that he will give me the other room but I need to give a good review. So thats my honest review.

The other bed on our assigned room was not really comfortable to use and really hard but the other one is soft and comfortable. Overall, the place exceeded our expectations.

We booked Hotel Immortal Inn via booking.com on 14th of March, 2023 for INR 590/- (About NPR 950/-) for triple shearing room. But unfortunately we didn't reach Pokhara on that day due to bus delay. Next day after reaching Pokhara we directly went for ABC trek. After returning from trek, we thought we stay in the same hotel we booked earlier. We asked for the price for staying. The manager said 1600/- NPR (1000/- INR) for 1 night stay. We told that in booking.com it is 950/- NPR. Just after listening that the manager threatened us, Go away from here (Chal bhag yaha se). 1st time in life we faced such rude and disrespectful behavior from a hotel staf. We didn't negotiate and left the hotel. And for now on I am not going to book any hotel, through any online portal. Its better to, see all the things by yourself and then book.. ?

Friendly staff, very clean, perfect location, close to the lake and main road, no noise at all. Walk-in distance to everything. They offered me a guide for an affordable price, helped me with bus tickets and everything. Lovely people. Room was smaller than what it looked like in the photos and hot shower was never really hot, but warm.

Great location and fabulous value for money, a 2 minute walk from the Main Street of bars and restaurants and less than 5 minutes walk from Fewa Lake.

Good experience in this hotel the staff very friendly. Hot water and cleanliness
-
Great location, cheap price, hot showers working good, clean and spacious rooms with balcony, very helpful and friendly staff, we could store our luggage in the hotel while doing ABC trek and it’s right next to one of the best breakfast places in Pokhara imo. Bathroom could have been cleaner. There were sometimes a lot of noise coming from other Hotels which made it harder to sleep.

It’s the best hotel for such a low amount of money. The bedroom was clean, shower was hot, we got the toilet paper. It’s just near the lake side. Our room had a balcony, there is also roof top for practising yoga for example. The staff was really kind and helpful. The owner arranged the night bus to Pokhara for us and always advised us well. There is a lot of noise from the street - cars, scooters hooting, also there is a live music in the restaurant next by which can be disturbing. The guests were also quite noisy during the night. We were woken up many times during the sleep every night.

The price was excellent, I must say. The breakfast was fine and reasonable. The Location was perfect especially to those who love to stroll by the lake. It takes about 3-5 minutes of walk to get to the lake. I enjoyed the little green garden that was available. Breakfast can be improved in terms of adding varieties. Getting the PAN bill readily available will be a great help for the guests who come for office work.
