It's located very near to the lakeside which is very convenient to stroll around. The room was also neat and clean. We were provided with an electric kettle which was useful in the winter time.

Owner was wonderful and very helpful, he would help us with everything, find flight/trips etc. He also kept our bags there, when we went for hiking. We also tasted avocado directly from the tree and also papaya. Breakfast was nice and everyone was friendly. Having breakfast near the center, where there is also small park and oasis with grass was awesome We were happy with everything, so no issues.

Bed was comfortable The stay was unsatisfactory and did not meet basic hospitality standards. The room did not have a drinking glass, and essential bathroom amenities such as soap and shampoo were not provided. The television was non-functional, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was extremely slow. While the location of the hotel was convenient, the behavior and responsiveness of the staff were not professional. Despite requesting a room heater in advance, the arrangement was not made. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and significant improvements are required in terms of service quality and room facilities

Great location; excellent helpful staff (manager dove me to Ncell to fix Sims problem and arranged taxi to Kande for hiking); good breakfast (eggs- toast-coffee); comfortable bed. Hot water was solar heated so best shower time in afternoon. I like morning showers. But it was ok. WIFI sketchy at times. Best on terrace than in rooms. Barking dog nearby. Not hotel problem but it was annoying as it barked frequently in the night.

With respect to the price it is very good. Exelent location. Big room . Clean Clean but old . Need some repair . I have problem with warm water for shower. Sometime More than 10 min waiting. But again never come

Budget room No restaurant in hotel... Kitchen is also not dere... I booked with breakfast but I didn't get it. It's a kind of fraud with us.. One room bathroom door lock is not working... WiFi is also very slow.

I like Every thing location, hospitality, cleaness,everything working. Wonderful experience the owner is very friendly and supportive and soft spoken. Only no dinner and lunch facility is not is not in the hotel only breakfast.
