No lift, not clean, spend lots of time in reception during check in, payment they tried to charge 3% on total amount due to card and which we didn’t accept and not paid extra

Our experience with Hotel Peace Plaza was beyond our expectations. Starting from the most convenient location in Pokhara to welcoming and friendly approach of hotel staffs and owner was amazing. We felt like staying in close relative's house! We wish best of luck for this hotel and recommend highly for anyone who wants to experience good time with beloved ones.

The location is good The rooms were not worth the pricing, it was hostel standards with a high hotel pricing, the bathroom was smelly, you could hear everything from the street, super noisy hard to sleep

Best lake view from room and from restaurant dining

First and foremost- the great hotel staff. Friendly, aim to help, great English, and always there if you need anything. Second, the location - in the heart of Pokara, by the lake, on the main road yet very quiet. Third and as important - Invest few more $ and take a room with lake view. First line to the lake and oversea the nearby park. Nothing. Loved it and it was great value for the money. They made my stay even better.

The hotel manager was really helpful. He suggested for travelling in an nice way. rooms are clean, the building is little older, but it doesn't matter at all. Hotel staffs are also great. Very nice location and vibrant surroundings. We stepped on Nepal new year times. The rooms are little congested for family, otherwise okey.

- nice bedroom - balcony with view on the lake - staff is great - manager is amazing - security guard at night (super kind) - bottles and towels in the bedroom - shampoo and soap bar as well - there is a restaurant (I didn’t try it) - you can book paragliding straight there. - some stains on bedsheets - one lock on the door was broken Nothing else!! Really happy.

Great location in lakeside with a great lake view and many shops, restaurants and marts in the area, Rooms are not new but still a great value for money. They are spacious,, with enough space for storage, comfortable beds and pillows, electric kettle, Air con, fan, TV and some with a fridge. The best bonus is the balcony with great front lake view ( the deluxe rooms. The standards ones do not have lake view). Bathroom is big, with enough place to put your toiletries and a hot shower with a very good water pressure. The shower is not separate of the rest of the toilette which is the common in the area, but as it is spacious it is not a big issue Staff very friendly, kind, and willing to assist . A special mention to Yaman, the manager, who was very involved with my needs to make my stay more comfortable. Also there is a good restaurante on site with nice lake view I liked everything. May be it i would be nice to have the option of breakfast included, safe deposit box in the room, and fridge in all the rooms but they are minor issues. I would definitely stay here again.
