No electricity. And lift needes renovation because it may break anytime and lots of disturbance from neighbors

The staff were friendly and helpful and there were some incredible views from the rooms on the mountain side of the building. The beds were also comfortable and my room was spacious. The location was good, a short walk to the main street but away from the noise. The hotel was quite clean (floors etc) but some surfaces were not.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Dirty bedsheets and floor. Ants in the sink. Shower was not working properly and is not separated from the toilet, after showering the floor stayed flooded for hours. Overpriced

As a solo female traveller, I felt incredibly safe at Hotel Romantica. The staff were friendly and attentive. They even held my bag for 3 nights while I went on a Poon Hill trek, and nothing was touched on my return. The room had excellent wifi and hot water with beautiful views of fishtail and other surrounding mountains. I would certainly stay here again.
