The owner guy is good, but his wife has a bad manner and treated us with annoyance, even bahaved us like dogs because we waited in the room after checkout for few minutes, just avoid this hotel

Just to mention most of the time the reception is empty, it's a family run business but we did not feel that secure as reception is empty often.

I ended up staying here for a month, really great location on the quieter side of Lakeside and comfy rooms. Could be quite loud at times but otherwise solid spot. Everything you need close by ?

Super location at the north end of Lakeside - my favourite part as it's a bit less busy and has nicer restaurants in my opinion. Ran by a friendly family who make sure you have everything you need. You have access to the kitchen with all its facilities. Very comfy bed. I slept really well here.
