Clean rooms The room was not as advertised. The food was very low quality. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. No customer service whatsoever. I was told that umbrella and beds were included at the beach. They told us that we had to buy an umbrella.

The hotel was supposed to be a 3 star hotel But in reality it was like 1 star I wouldn’t even call it a hotel It was more like a motel. The hotel had no elevator and I had a family member that couldn’t climb the stairs to the second floor. Plus the location was terrible and the rooms had very bad smell.

Just recommendation: maybe set up some wall or something to cover between 2 balconies of the rooms. Because if we sit outside the balcony, we can see the neighbour...

Friendly staff Location (very close to the beach) Food (not very diverse, but good) The terrace of the restaurant is very nice Available parking The rooms could be renovated a little bit (the bathroom was ok)

Friendly and helpful staff. Also, the hotel provides umbrellas and sunbeds for its guests to carry them over to a public beach. The number is limited but that is a nice touch and add on to the offer. Dinner was great, always something different. The staff is relaxed but helpful. The public beach is great, nice entrance to the sea and only 50m from the hotel. You can cook or even warm up food in the apartment. Internet signals in the rooms vary. Internet in the lobby is ok, but in rooms so and so. Breakfast is always the same, good but always the same offer Not related to the hotel: Polihrono beach bars are ridiculous. Cost between 10-25e per set, 2 beds and an umbrella, but almost all of them do not allow you to leave stuff and go for lunch or in the room and return. We have a kid that sleeps around midday and they criticized us for leaving beach towels and a beach bag on our, paid, sun beds. Ridiculous!

Food: 10/10 The location is 10 steps from the beach. The place is clean, and the room was cleaned every day. I loved the large terrace. All in all, it's a great stay, and we will be coming back.

Hotel isn't on the beach.

We were on the second floor and it took some time for the hot water to come to the facet and there wasn't any hot water if you needed it late. Drinks were not served for dinner.

Really good place to stay, close to the beach with good breakfast and dinner. The pepole working there are really friendly.

Very welcoming staff. The hotel has a nice breakfast and even a better dinner, every day we had lots of delicious food. The beach is 50 meters from the hotel, and you can use sunbeds from the hotel (which you will need to carry back and forth) The network was a bit slow in our room. But in the lobby, you could get high speeds.

Location was great. Hotel overall is very nice. Food was amazing. Everyone was very polite and nice. Level of the room-3rd floor as we were with a baby, so going up and down was a bit challenging.

Great location, almost at the beach. Very clean rooms and common areas. The staff was amazing, very hard working and always smiling and friendly. Nikos, Jorgos, Eleni and Roe( excuse me if I did not spell the names correctly) and the young guy in the kitchen made our stay unforgettable. The food was excellent, fresh and delicious. We did not want to leave ?. The owner was also there greeting all the guests and making sure we are comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel . We will be back next year Everything was nice

Hard, uncomfortable mattresses. Very strong smell of mold coming from the cupboards, with dirty dishes stored inside them. Wifi is unusable in the room, but you can go and use the wifi network at the restaurant/reception if you want.

The coordinating the hotel lady is excellent!!! The soul of the hotel! She cooks excellently as well! The air con is working more than fine and rooms have been recently renovated. These is a coworker who is weak... The cleansing personnel is around... 7/10. The room is TOO DARK. Even with all lights turned on room stays relatively dark. There is NO table in the room, nor chairs. If one cooks, it must be eaten on the veranda, where it is too hot to stay for a large part of the day. Hotel entrance is not clearly indicated and there is no the expected reception desk. Parking is on the streets around. Not difficult to find a place. TOO EXPENSIVE.

The hotel is very close to the sea, there is a nice sea view from the restaurant. The rooms are spacious and have everything you may need. The coffee machine in the room is also a nice touch. The food was amazing, everything was very, very fresh and delicious. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly. The biggest downside for our family was the late breakfast - from 9 am to 11 am. This meant that with two little kids we were done eating around 10. Then, going to the beach after 10 and finding nice spots was very, very difficult. Also, my kids usually wake up around 7 and start getting hungry soon after that. So they had to wait until 9 to eat. I would much prefer for the breakfast to start around 7 or 8, at least. Another issue were the clogged canals in the bathroom. Also, the balconies are shared ones, there is a little wall in between each rooms outside space, so there is no real privacy and you hear everything.
