Summer Beach Hotel

The mattress! It was old and the springs in it hurt really bad! I also didn't like that at a 2* hotel nobody swept or mopped the room. They just left a broom in the room and we had to clean ourselves. Also, in the rooms, there was an announcement that the sunbeds are available by minimal consumption fee. On the second day they wanted us to pay 20 euros for the first row. I understand that the season had started, but they should've informed us previously, or have some kind of discount for hotel guests. And even if we paid for the first row, there were always people who would put their private umbrellas in front of the first row... Another thing, the light in the room was desperate...

My confirmed reservation was canceled just 10 minutes before check-in. After traveling and arriving at the property expecting to check into my room, I was informed at the last moment that the hotel could no longer accommodate me. This caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and disruption to my trip. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the staff, especially the receptionist. Instead of showing professionalism, empathy, or trying to help resolve the situation, I was met with rudeness, disrespect, and a dismissive attitude. The way I was treated was completely inappropriate and far below the standards expected in the hospitality industry. A last-minute cancellation is already unacceptable, but treating guests poorly while delivering such news is even worse. Hotels make mistakes, but the way they handle those mistakes shows their true level of customer service. Unfortunately, this hotel showed no respect for its guests and no accountability for the inconvenience it caused. Being left without accommodation only 10 minutes before check-in is something no traveler should experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would strongly advise future guests to consider other options. The worst part of my stay was not the cancellation itself, but the unprofessional and disrespectful manner in which it was handled.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Everything was wonderful — the location, the rooms, and the friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was also delicious. The mattress was hard.

Noise, public trashcan just steps away from our room. The balcony didn't have any sunshades so it was impossible to enjoy the "partial" view from a balcony. The toilet is somehow a strange shape, too small, too difficult to get through etc.

Their warm hospitality made our stay truly special, ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout. The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location, offering stunning sea views and direct access to the golden sands. Our room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploration. Each morning, we delighted in the delicious and varied breakfast, which was fresh and full of flavor. Beyond the hotel’s amenities, we appreciated its proximity to local restaurants and cafes, making it easy to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Polychrono. With its beautiful setting, wonderful accommodations, and outstanding staff, Summer Beach Hotel is a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable seaside getaway. While our stay at Summer Beach Hotel was enjoyable, we did experience poor Wi-Fi connectivity at night, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, at times, a noticeable kitchen smell would spread into the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location is great, the breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly. The parking was a bit far, but spacious. The TV could be bigger, they could also invest in a softer matress and some privacy curtains (they only had black out ones).

Beachfront, decent breakfast and cheap. We could a lot noise from the hotel inside the room.
