Bed and Breakfast Karen House

The location of the house is excellent. We took both the room on the ground floor and the suit on the upper floors. The suit is perfect with a very nice terrace. The ground floor is very cute, but it is an ancient building cave like room. The host Tonia is super nice and helpful.

It was very close to main area of the town.

Very clean, nice place to stay. Location is amazing.

Great location. Quiet. Close to the sea but not far from the centro storico. Tonia welcomed us and made sure everything was in order. She even dropped off pastries one afternoon. The old buildings here are damp by nature. The door opens directly onto the street (also typical), but luckily for us there was very little foot traffic at night.

Perfectly located - a block From the pedestrian street Roma that has all the restaurants. The hostess was so helpful to us.

We loved staying here. Beautiful room, great service and excellent quiet location.

Host was excellent and provided some small treats. She was available if we needed anything and offered some nice local dining recommendations. The property was in a great location and great for our one night stay. The bathroom was very tight which is to be expected in Europe but this was super tight. The shower leaked water which could be an easy fix.

We spent 2 nights there on our trip around Puglia and it was the best decision. Everything was lovely, even beyond our expectations. The house has eveything you need for you stay, we also had traditional pastry for breakfast which is a very nice touch and as location is right in the old town, 2-3 min away from all the restaurants.

Karen House is wonderful, beautifully decorated and clean. It’s in a great location in walking distance to everywhere in town. We had the three floors, two bedrooms, sitting area, bathroom and the roof terrace. We paid a little extra for the kitchen so we were able to cook some meals. We ate all our meals on the lovely roof terrace with sea view. Our host, Tonia was amazing, we had tea, coffee, water and juice in the fridge and fresh pastry treats left in the kitchen, as well as this, she dropped off delicious focaccia bread twice for us. Tonia was in touch with us by WhatsApp incase we needed anything. Tonia was the perfect host. We liked everything.

Everything was awesome! It’s even lovelier than the photos. It’s in a great location, easy walk to train, beach,etc. the beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. The rooftop patio was wonderful. There was coffee, tea and treats plus Toni brought us delicious traditional pastry the first day and the best focaccia on the third day! She was lovely to us. We loved our stay and would choose it again for sure. Nothing not to like

Such a charming place in a great location and with a fabulous roof terrace with sea view. Kindly left us fresh pastries. Missing a bottle opener in the kitchen!

The owner was very nice and friendly. We received a bottle of wine and local sweets as present. The room is in a historical building in very good location, not so far from the city center and beach but in quiet area. We could park in the street for free. Everything was OK.

Really nice place to stay in Polignano. Awesome location and really beatiful and genuine apartment. The hosts were also nice and welcoming (free juices, wine, pastries). Easy self check-in. We also requested to check out 30 mins later with no issues. There is place to park for free in the streets around.
