The location was perfect and the room was beautiful. Our terraces had the most incredible views. Breakfast was wonderful, and the attached restaurant was a lovely experience. The staff were welcoming, kind, and so informative and helpfully Nothing, it was perfect.

This is a wonderfully located hotel and a staff that is friendly and helpful. Parking is about 300m away, but is an easy walk. Get the directions from the staff before you drive there. Breakfast is decent and the views are spectacular from their restaurant. We had an older room that wasn't as nicely appropriated as shown in some of the other photos. Not a big deal, but did make the "feel" of the hotel dated as there were no ornamentation in the rooms; also, each time we remove the card key the air conditioning would come on an freeze the room before we returned, and the window blinds would be closed automatically. We found this a bit frustrating.

Perfect location. We walked to the Grotto Palazzo for dinner and shopped in old town Breakfast was amazing our room spectacular. Parking was off site but there is a driver and shuttle to and from property.

Great location with the best view of the famous Cliff. Breakfast area and restaurant has an amazing view of the sea. Right in the center of tourist attraction. Nothing…maybe room is a bit small for the price we pay.

Awesome location right at the heart of old town. Very friendly and helpful staff and they went out of their way to save a parking spot for us just outside the hotel.

Food and drink drink was very slow, but we're very nice. The AC did not work for the 3 nights stay.

Very good location. Very noisy. Air conditioner turned off and could not open window cause room was on first floor next to parking lot. Had to look at parking lot to see ocean view. The shower was terrible, felt like you were in a capsule. Breakfast was served in the lower level not outside to enjoy the ocean view. Hotel could definitely use updating.

Big private balcony to look up into the sky. The hotel is a short walk away from the centre of town, making it convenient yet relatively quiet. Enjoyed it despite staying for only 1 night. The shower and bathtub are right inside the bedroom, making it slightly awkward for family members, but not a big deal.
