Exceptional room with lots of extra attention to detail to make our stay more comfortable. Comfortable bed, huge bathroom and close to everything. Didn’t have to ask any questions as Giuseppe sent so many referrals for restaurants and excursions.

Bed was comfortable, loads of great and thoughtful amenities, including perfumes and a strong hairdryer. The host was highly communicative and helpful. He runs 3 rooms, and it was so around for most of our stay. Host organized private parking for us, it was a little walk away, but okay. The room was pretty much soundproofed and good lighting. Excellent location with lots of food options. Wifi was weak in our room which was the furthest from the office. AC was weak and the, filter probably needed a clean.

The location is outstanding. Giuseppe as host goes above and beyond to help and make you feel welcome. The terrace overlooking the square is fabulous to sit and watch the world go by. Very clean and well catered for. Nothing! Parking was a bit tricky, but we parked at the train station and walked. 5-10 minutes.

We loved the location. So close to the iconic bridge and famous beach. The room was perfect for 3 and had all we need. Guiseppe was so helpful and I will definitely return. Nothing we didn’t really like thought the fridge in bathroom next to the toilet can be changed.

This place is AMAZING!!! Right in the middle of the main square in town. Great view from the balcony of the entire down town area. Room is spacious, modern and clean. Downstairs, 2 great restaurants especially Mama Mia and you get 10% off for staying at Verso mare. Coffee shop and Gelato on the fist floor. Owner, Giacomo was incredible. I shopped too much so I needed another luggage. I could not find one at any of the shops in town so I texted him to ask him where I can find a luggage. He said the store is 7 km away in the next town of Monopoli but he would be more than happy to take me there. What a service! He picked me up with his car, took me to the store, bought a small luggage and brought me back. I had a FANTASTIC stay at Versomare. I will highly recommend this place! Everything was perfect!

Perfect location and set up. Especially for a group that needs three rooms. Not sure how to work the tv but that did not matter

Centrally located, wonderful design of the apartment, balcony with chairs and a table, friendly and helpful owner. No parking in the building, but we quickly found parking outside on the street. Just be sure to check where you are allowed to park on the streets (avoid parking at the square, at some time-slots you are not allowed to keep a car there) or park in a garage few minutes away.

Our host was a lovey helpful man. He even carried our 2 heavy suitcases UP and DOWN the stairs to and from the apartment. Also, the location was the best of our whole trip with everything in easy walking distance. We would stay there again. We had to clean the cutlery and glasses before we could use them and there was some black stuff around the shower window. Also, we couldn't get the coffee machine in the room to work. We found the bed a bit soft for us as we like a really firm mattress.

This is the center of the old town. There are many restaurants and cafes, a famous beach and many shops nearby. The room, the owner, and the location are good. I prefer a quiet place to stay, but it is an interesting experience to learn about the lives of local people.

Perhaps the place was a little stuffy, but we had a balcony, and we could have plenty of fresh air.

It was well located. It’s not really hotel. I wasn’t expecting a second floor apartment with 3 bedrooms. The shower did not work well and the nick knacks and endless signage in the room was too much. You don’t need a sign on the fridge in 8 languages saying fridge!

Position was excellent, right on Piazza, close to everything. Room had a balcony overlooking the Piazza and was great to sit out there.
