Very comfortable rooms with enough space and a beautiful pool area with lounges. There should be a way to exit the property to get to the beach from the rear and a sidewalk should be built so that town is more accessible by foot.

The design of the Cala ponte is beautiful. The attention to detail, lighting, furnishings, and colours were very well curated to the region. Food in the restaurant was very good. The pool is amazing. Grazie Millie

Clean comfortable bed. Nice clean main swimming pool. Little storage space in room. No tea / coffee making facilities. Travelling with large family and friends group for a wedding. Bride and groom had safe stolen from room. Staff did nothing to assist even though thieves wearing balaclavas were seen running away by others in our group at 3 am whichreported to reception at that time. Safe was poorly secured into chipwood shelf. Timing of theft was also concerning. At breakfast, 9.30 as soon as 10 am came staff charged for coffee ordered even though we were seated and eating before close of breakfast time! Penny pinching. The second swimming pool was reserved when we tried to use it, despite no one being in it?

The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The pool was a great treat. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom floors would be better tiled.

Passable

Room was clean. Pool area was fantastic and tennis court was a bonus. Air conditioner in our unit didn't work. And ants seem to be an issue.

Room was comfortable, pool was lovely Lack of drawer space in room meant leaving smaller items in case rather than unpacking (only one drawer!). Also very few hangers provided. There could have been more sun umbrellas around the pool - those that were there were not in very good condition. We were also discouraged from using the upper pool as no lifeguard was available.

Very good

Breakfast was good. Pool was clean Check in was disappointing. We called the day before to see if we could check in any earlier. They said one hour earlier but when we got there we had to wait longer than check in time to get into our room. Pool umbrellas were broken. Not enough towels in the pool so we had to use our own beach towels. No kettle for coffee/tea making facilities. Room needs updating. Timber floor in bathroom looks worn out due to water soaking into the timber.

Amazing stay in a beautiful hotel. Rooms were essentially self contained and therefore super quiet, rooms were cleaned and towels were replaced every day. The pool was lovely, clean and quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was lovely, close to the beach and the marina. I’d recommend visiting Porto Cavallo for a sea swim and Ristorante Cala Ponte for some excellent seafood - walking distance. Lots of other amazing places within driving distance - Monopoli, Ostuni, Alberobello, Lecce etc. Breakfast was plentiful each morning with AMAZING chocolate croissants. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable experience Na

The rooms are ok, the main pool was nice for us and our little girl. It was quiet. Ants in the room, the bathroom was affected by the water - in the bathroom there is wooden floor, second pool feels abandoned. In our first day the restaurant was closed because of a private event. Couldn’t eat in the location. Could be muuuch better just with a little more atention to some details. A little expensive - 330eur/night in booking.

Lots of ants in the room.
