I liked that the bar food was good. I had the club sandwich and fruit platter. The pool was nice but limited chairs and you had to be the first one there. The breakfast was good, fried eggs and crepes made to order, you just have to beat the crowd. So the private beach is a little misleading. It's a rock beach and not a sand beach (which the photos showed). There is sand put in place near the beach chairs but then it's straight rock. Skip the spa, paid €75 to be lathered up in oil and have a lady use her forearm the entire time. The parking situation is not ideal either, you cannot pull up to the front desk or reception and drop your bags off and then park.

Near Polignano a Mare; with shuttle to town. Staff excellent, meticulously maintained. Can be large traveling groups on property.

the Aquarium restaurant was very good. the beach is nice. the shower is so small that we did not want to take a shower. the reception staff is not very helpful. location is 3 miles from the city of Polignano, there should be a shuttle a few times per day so guests can go back and forth. Tuc Tuc is costly and not comfortable. we will never recommend this place to friends or family and we will never come back

The breakfast was outstanding Location was good The dirt road leading up to the hotel was a downside

Excellent hotel and service!

Room was good having separate living room area, which I paid for impact. The spa was very nice. Jacuzzi went open, which was not all the time was nice but not working fully and the breakfast was fantastic. The road getting to the resort was one of the worst pothole, terrible gravel sand road I’ve ever seen and traveling the world. The resort lost Internet service in all guest rooms for a day and a half, and the staff seem not interested and not feeling bad for the gas. I showed pictures of poles that were down and lines that they were unaware of and really didn’t care.

Spa was great! Pool was nice! Rooms were clean. Reception was amazing and very accommodating. Bunny rabbits running around were a nice touch :) Breakfast and meals were wonderful! Shuttle could be a little more organized.

The resort is beautiful, well maintained and the staff is very friendly, especially the staff in the Aquarius restaurant. The buffet is fantastic and so many options.

Reception/Front desk Staff was not friendly at ALL!! The bar staff was nice and the gentleman who brought our bags to our room. Other than that the staff was very unfriendly and not welcoming.

Location, perfect for taking short trips to visit towns like Bari, Alberobello. Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, Monopoly, Martina Franca, and Cisternino, I found the staff to be distracted and they were often gossiping amongst themselves. Which was not very professional. They were not as attentive as guests of a resort like this would like them to be. The breakfast was missing fresh cut fruit available for guests even if they did not want crepes and yogurt was home made and not very good.

If some rocks were removed, it would be easier to swim in the Beautiful Sea…..The nightly music was fabulous…. Too many Rocks in sea

Nice pool area and beach area Staff and breakfast

We loved the beach area and truly appreciated the comfortable chairs available for guests. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality that made our mornings very enjoyable. Very dissapointed with the behavior of the reception staff during our check-in on 12 July around 8:00 PM. The staff member on duty was extremely unprofessional and rude. We had to wait approximately five minutes while she finished what appeared to be a personal phone call, despite us standing at the front desk. Additionally, while checking us in, she made fun of our names, which was both disrespectful and inappropriate. This experience gave us a very poor first impression of the hotel. We expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism from front desk staff, and unfortunately, this was not met. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better training or oversight to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

- very good food - waiters were very friendly and helpful - nice rooms ( the shower was too small for the big bathroom but it was ok) - big parking - the beach is with sand but the entrance in the sea is rocky - the receptionists were not very friendly - when we arrived after a 6 hour delay flight we asked if we could eat anything there and the receptionist didn't help at all, but we went to the bar and the staff there helped us and made 2 pizzas - I asked for an iron and they told me to leave the clothes in a bag and write "only iron" (and I left a tip), at the check out I was charged 80-90 euros for that ( they didn't tell me that I will be charged) - in general the staff is great except the receptionists

Amazing beach and breakfast was good and nice, your personnel are mazing and super dedicate to the service and costumer. Small Room and not necessary big bathroom. Main bar and Karaoke space with really bad decoration.....really mediocre cheap location, little far from everywhere

Nice place and nice amenities Reception staff should be more happy and outgoing

Good breakfast. Did not like the location of the property. It may be better if it were summer.

Beachfront hotel just outside of Polignano a Mare. Nice gardens with swimming pool and direct access to the sea. Good breakfast. For kids it is good fun to have some rabbits running around in the gardens of the hotel. Npthing.
