Locations Design Atmosphere The WiFi and the “pool” didn’t work at all:/ Missing coffee machine- basic for Italy

The location was perfect Spacious rooms Great bathroom Rosella was very nice, flexible and super helpful throughout the days! . The rooms were a bit dark; and even though there is a mention of a rooftop (w breakfast), it seemed it was no longer available

Rosella, the manager, was excellent. It stops there. Unfortunately for her, she is stuck in the middle as she is not the owner. The rooms and rooftop area need a lot of maintenance. The rooms were very humid. In one room the air conditioner was filthy making the room warm and humid. The other room had a "pool?" The water level was too low, so it gurgled until it finally turned off at 6pm. We requested to turn it off all together. This room was also warm and humid. There was also mold in the shower! The rooftop area was dirty and had broken furniture. The only redeeming thing about this place was the manager, Rosella. Her customer service skills were excellent. Unfortunately for her, she is stuck in the middle as she is not the owner. I would not recommend stay here at all.

Very big apartment , modern and clean . The location is amazing , walkable to everywhere . The owner very friendly and responsive.

Rosella! She’s super helpful and a wonderful hostess. She’s always available to help via WhatsApp. When my phone wouldn’t call out. (Maybe my phone minutes ran out on my eSIM). She helped me book dinner reservations the last night, made lots of recommendations. She helped me book a reservation to the beach! I loved the visits to the beach. I also really loved the bubbling pool in the room. Maybe I just like the sound of water, but the suite room I stayed in was really unique. Rosella also shared a cool story about the door and the doctor who used to stay in the suite room I was in. It’s such a unique place to stay. However, be forewarned, parking is a bit difficult. If you are ok with paid Parking is difficult. Though Roaella tries to help whenever possible. That’s got nothing to do with her or the hotel though. I think it will be the same no matter where you stay.

Everthing ? we loved everything: the location, the rooms, the cleanness, room sizes and the decoration. However what wins our heart is the approach of the owner? she supported and guided us in every thing: from the parking place, to the restaurants from the activities to planning. We cannot thank enough ❤️ Nothing :)

Just great, large room with private pool. Great location

Location, cleanliness and helpfulness/responsiveness of Rosella (staff). Also, the room size and character/amenities were great! Breakfast was hosted by an awesome cafe within a short walking distance - and it was a delight! The rooftop terrace was not as depicted - not useable when we were there. With some minor repairs and useable furniture, this would be an awesome space with views of the sea. The pool in the room made it quite humid, we didn’t think about this when we booked it. Parking was also a challenge - although typical for the area.

Soo pretty place and cozy to stay for 4-pp family:) The hostess is so sweet and kind. The location was so good and has a parking lot(lucky for us). None

Large, comfortable apartment in nicely refurbished late 18th century townhouse. Quiet location, close to old town. Very comfortable, modern facilities. Very attentive and helpful owner. Nothing.

Location and the staff

Fantastic place, clean, comfortable and in the best location close to all the amenities in short walking distance. The host was great, extremely helpful guiding us to the best activities around. Looking forward to come back again

Location was close to the train and a convenient distance to the beaches, restaurants and shops. The A/C was not keeping the main bedroom as cool as we hoped, so it got a bit too warm in the middle of the night. And this was after adjusting the thermostat to the lowest setting.

Best Location and Friendly helpful Host.

Cinquevite was the perfect stay for our small family of three. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, always warm and attentive. The location is incredible—right in the heart of Polignano a Mare and just a short walk to everything. Our room was clean, stylish, and just the right size for us. We’d absolutely stay here again. Nothing. It was perfect.

Beautifully appointed, modern and spotlessly clean. It felt spacious and very nice and welcoming to come back to at the end of a busy day. In particular, Rossella provided such excellent hospitality and we really appreciated her wonderful recommendations, professionalism and lovely daily disposition. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent.

Location was perfect and Rosella our host was extremely attentive and very helpful. She recommended places to visit and eat as well as giving us direction to those places. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. A kettle in the rooms would have been good as I like my tea which I missed whilst on hols. Also the pillows were not comfortable as they were too hollow.

2. Room arrangements confirmed with host were not met - no pullout couch for second bed. We were provided a mattress on the living room floor. 3. It is unfortunate that the host is apparently hospitalized, but assistance with issues was carried out by texting which was not a big problem but was less efficient. 4. The photos on the internet represented rooms far more attractive than the room I was assigned (#4). 5. “Breakfast included” is a croissant and coffee at a nearby patisserie. There are other amazing pastries and other breakfast items available at additional cost. 6. Recommend: provide breakfast vouchers for all days of stay at beginning of trip to avoid having to arrange for transfer of voucher on day of use. This may be a nonissue once regular host has returned. 7. Street noise. Recommend room away from street if possible. PROS: 1. Location. Very close to Old Town. 2. Very close to train station. 3. Travel agency next door.
