Perfect central location. Beautiful room with absolutely lovely local inspired decor. So lovely in fact that we inquired about how to purchase some of the decor to bring home and they were very helpful. Staff is lovely, one above and beyond for us in many ways, even at departure time. Great, clean, sweet gifts upon arrival. And the associated cafe and restaurant are outstanding !!!

We booked an apartment months in advance and were instead given a tiny single room. It would have been an okay room if we'd booked it, but ended up paying for apartment size and stuck in the small. Sounds like a common issue here.

We loved everything about the apartment !! The bed is very very firm but this is just my personal choice that I like a softer bed. We still slept great.

Great location. Well equipped apartment. Loved it. Nothing. Everything was great.

Location was perfect, it was very clean and the staff communicated with us very well. The place was spacious, and had plenty of seating for all of us. The description states it has "four separate" bedrooms. In fact, the property only consists of two truly separate bedrooms. One building has two beds next to each other with no separator or curtain. The other building has two beds one upstairs and one downstairs with a separator to make it seem like a "separate room." We paid a lot for this accommodation and had we known it wasn't true would have stayed somewhere else. The whole place seemed to have a small water heater, because showers were often cold. Kitchen was bare bones, no coffee, snacks, or anything else.

Unique accommodations! Lovely stone walls. Furnished and decorated nicely. The shower is tight, but that is to be expected in this type of old town. Excellent location for walking in the area. Once the car is parked, keep it there!

The listing photos are completely misleading. I booked a “superior apartment” advertised as having a separate bedroom, living room with sofa, kitchen, and balcony. Instead, I received a one-room studio: a bed in the corner, no sofa, no living room, and a rooftop terrace that was bare, dirty, and unusable. Before arrival, the property asked if I was traveling alone. Given the downgrade I received, this information raises serious questions. The apartment was also uninhabitable due to an overpowering perfume odor. The bedding and room were saturated with artificial fragrance, causing coughing and making it impossible to sleep. I booked for three nights but had to leave after one. Security was inadequate. At 2am, another guest, confused by poor check-in instructions, attempted to use their key on my door and triggered interior lights. While they did not enter, the incident was alarming and highlighted poor safety protocols. I requested to change rooms at 8am and staff initially claimed no other rooms were available. Five hours later, after I had already checked out and booked another hotel, they offered a single night in another room, too late to resolve the issue. They then falsely reported to Booking.com that I had been offered an upgrade, preventing a refund. Avoid this property. Photos are misleading, conditions are unsafe, and management is dishonest.

Wonderful stay at Dei Serafini! Location wow! Memorable stay and highly recommended. Cristian and Francesca were very helpful and so welcoming! The parking is a like 10 min walk which is totally fine knowing that you are in the center of a pedestrian area, the happening center of polignano. Just sharing to be aware of. We didn’t mind at all and it was actually an opportunity to walk and explore the city.

Major location in Polignano. Right in the heart of Old town. Christiano at the front desk was super helpful. 10/10

Prime location! Walking to everything and in the centre. Very clean and well maintained. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Minimal bathroom amenities for room. No body lotion Only shower gel for shampoo and conditioner.

Location of neighboring apartments were within perfect walking distance to the action of shops, restaurants and bars. The apartments were just inland of the main local piazza and inland of the beach about 10-15min walk. It was nice to be on a more local street outside of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to pop right into it all. I was the leader of my total group of (9), only 6 stayed at the joint units, and the others stayed elsewhere nearby, but it was easy for my to lead the group around town from this location. The air conditioning units in each area were much appreciated during a strong heatwave- and the refrigerator was nice to have as we had drinks and snack to keep cold. We also appreciated the clean and upgraded bathrooms. The only addition I would suggest would be a door or curtain over the door to beds so there is some more privacy from the group with the beds which did not have doors in front of them and remind guests that the upper apartment does have very steep steps to reach the living space so that if someone had a challenge with mobility, they would know about the steep steps.

Lovely room Perfect location Such helpful receptionist, even got me a beach bag and towel to use! It’s not that obvious from photos but the shared terrace only has chairs, no sun loungers, just good to know

The apartments we had (superior) were really cute and we were lucky to get both apartments in the same building, so the entire building was only us, including the roof terrace and the jacuzzi (which was great). The café belonging to the same owners is just across the square, so we could get coffee and cornettos there each morning. The location is amazing, really close to the sea and right in the middle of the old town. All in all, really nice stay. The apartment is in the pedestrian area, so although the listing says that there is parking, this is actually about 700m away. This is not a big problem unless you have a lot of bigger bags or mobility issues. Actually, we figured out that it is possible to drop the bags off a block away if you have someone who can wait in the car (it is a no-parking zone). Also, the parking is pretty hard to find -- it would be better to have a google maps pin (they send some pictures and written directions but this was not all that straightforward). As I said, not a big problem but something to be aware of. We arrived late so reception was closed -- I think if you arrive while they are there, things would be simpler (the staff are really nice).
