Location, staff

Right in the smack of the old town. If you don’t want to be disappointed, you definitely need to lower your expectations before booking this place. The staff are nice and mean well, but they are totally understaffed and just can't keep up. The rooms are pretty tiny and don't really look like the pictures online. Plus, since it’s right in the Old Town, expect constant, heavy noise. Breakfast is supposed to be until 10:30 AM, but when we went down at 10:15 one morning, they told us we were too late and refused to serve us, not even a cup of coffee. The breakfast is below average anyway.

We were greeted with a welcome drink and aperitivo snacks and such helpful friendly staff. Great location and the breakfast was outstanding!!! They even got up early because of our flight time to home bake a full breakfast for us before we left and sent us on our way with goodies! I love this place and have stayed here a few times! Can be just a little noisy because you’re right in the center, but the location is so great it’s hard to beat! And it’s so fun sitting in the piazza at the bar people watching :)

This little bed and breakfast was lovely! The location is amazing as you’re right in the middle of the main piazza. The rooms are small but perfectly clean, with everything you need. It’s local and family owned, the staff and owner are amazing. It’s not a hotel, more of a B&B which makes it special. There are not many hotels around that area.

The regular double room we booked was so small we had no choice but to upgrade at an exorbitant price. The regular room might work for those staying a couple of days but not a week. No room for luggage as the bed took up the entire room.

The breakfast was very nice Location is good The room was a dungeon. Way too small. Couldn’t even pass each other in room. Shower super tiny Not even a water bottle for convenience. Lights either all on or all off. Worst room in our 18 nights and most money Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Parking offered was so difficult that we wound y even try to take care out during stay and took difft transportation

The location and staff were amazing. Right in the centre of the town and in a main piazza from which we easily walked to see the sites. Breakfast was lovely as was the owner. Signora Antonia went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She was very helpful is making restaurant and outing recommendations. She was very accommodating and ensured our every need was met. Signora Antonia truly has hospitality in her bones. Thank you, signora Antonia. Honestly, can’t think of anything.

Property couldn’t be more centrally located in Centro Storico (the historic district). Room was very clean, quiet – even tho it overlooked a passageway, and even somewhat comfortable for is small size. The staff were helpful, cherry, courteous and willing to address almost any question or need. If breakfast is important, it is very good; served leisurely at their tables in the Piazza We hope you connect with the owner, Antonia, as we did; a delightful cherry person focused to make your stay memorable.

The property is very nice, right in the center of everything, location is very nice especially if you want to go out at night, they cleaned every day and the staying was very confortable. Antonia and all the staff were very kind, really nice breakfast, fresh made croissants, fruit direct from their farm, made everything very organic and delicious. I would book again with them

We absolutely loved our stay at Sei Stelle Mama!! The location is a dream and the staff are so so lovely!! They greeted us with smiles and drinks while we waited to check in. The room was clean and functional and had the cutest balcony. Breakfast was amazing and just cant say enough good things about this hotel. The hotel is located in the Piazza with amazing restaurants and the most beautiful church. We also got to witness two weddings and the celebrations by the people was so fun and exciting.

if you're traveling peak season and want sleep - this isn't your place! the staff was accommodating and let us rebook to their Monopoli hotel, which was much nicer, quieter, and a way more pleasant experience.

We loved everything especially the staff! The location is the best!! Nothing. We loved it all!!

Exceptional

The location was incredible. We were close to everything in one of the central squares. The rooms were a little small, but nothing we couldn’t get used to.

Breakfast was amazing so FRESH and made with L?VE. You arrive to breakfast as everything is baking freshly. You really get so much delicious food What a way to start your day There was nothing I didn’t like. It was perfection

Close to everything Bathroom was decent Staff were pleasant Room was incredibly small…our suitcases barely fit and we had to jump over from the bed to get around them. On our first night there was no hot water so we were not able to shower.
