We loved that it is a loft style with bed on 2nd floor just a small staircase and bottom has sofa tv, kitchen with coffee maker and mini fridge, beautiful spacious new bathroom. Well decorated comfortable easy to get inside with a lock box and the best was less than 5 minute walk to centro storico. Parking was not bad on street but there is train station option nearby. Very communicative host. Everything was Great!

The location was fantastic being only a 5 minute walk to the centre and 10 minutes walk from the train station, which has a lot of spaces and was free during the entire duration of our stay. The room was very spacious downstairs - the bedroom was located on an upper mezzanine level and a bit less spacious. The jacuzzi in the living space was a novel addition and fun to use (although it does take a long time to fill up!). The included breakfast was obtained through the use of vouchers redeemed at a local cafe (coffee, fruit juice, pastries), a few minutes walk from the property - very easy! The room was cleaned every day. Tea/coffee also provided in the room. The host was very friendly and communicated with us via WhatsApp before and during our visit, including providing clear instructions for self-check in, use of the jacuzzi and check-out. The room had limited natural light due to small windows, but there was plenty of feature lighting to make up for this. The bedroom level had limited headroom due to the arched construction of the building. The walk-in shower was fine (although we initially had issues with getting the main shower head to work as the valve was stuck), but it was slow to drain so we were a bit concerned about it overflowing. Some might expect a bit more from the bathroom as a 'luxury' experience. The airconditioning unit was really effective downstairs, but not as effective at cooling the sleeping space upstairs; however this wasn't really a problem for us.

The Location is ideal, silent small street very couple step walk to main piazza. The room was very clean, however the window to the street is not protected with a mesh insect screen to prevent the clean room. We had bad experience, all the other things are quite ok…
