Exceptional location in the heart of the old city, very comfortable and safe, cute and clique modern touch, kind and helpful staff that felt like old friends, ability to walk everywhere

The location was excellent. The breakfast provided was also very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very small room. It is okay if you are not planning on spending much time in the room, which is what we did. We had difficulty communicating with booking.com. The day we were traveling from Naples to Polignano a mare we received a message that our reservation was pending. I had to call the hotel directly in a panic and they said there was no problem.

Staff were exceptional. We booked specifically because the premises had two beds. We were then charged the ridiculous amount of €30 per day for sheets for the second bed. Also, don’t expect the promotional photos to be where you stay. They show other properties and you may not end up with a sea view like the pictures. The breakfasts were really disappointing.

Best location, cutest place, and THE nicest staff who went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Thank you Daniella for being so attentive and a great hostess! The room was in an excellent location in Pogliano and had a lovely view. Breakfast was very good! Room was a bit on the small side, but a good value for the price overall.

Great location in the heart of the historic center. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and the room we stayed in was great. The shared patio was lovely too. Having access to secured paid parking was a plus too. Daniela was very helpful in recommending restaurants, making reservations and helping us schedule both a boat tour and a pasta-making class. For the upstairs room, one needs to be very comfortable with steep stairs without much of a handrail. The secured parking was very helpful, but it's a bit of a walk, which was not an issue for us, but should be considered if big luggage is a factor.

Great spot. Right at the heart of the area, plenty to see, eat, and drink around it. Nice, modern, Clean, comfortable. We loved all the details in the place. The communication and the staff were amazing — the best part of staying with them and also their best asset. I would stay again just for that. The internet was having technical issues while we were there. The bathroom was tight, especially compared to similarly priced properties where others in our group were staying. The steps where nice but kind of uncomfortable/bit unsafed to go up and down with luggage. Breakfast was a bit flat.

Location The place did not have hot water. They were told about this multiple times and did not correct the issue. We are demanding our money back

Right in the old city center. Close to restaurants. It could have been better Don't book your business trip as they don't give you the invoice, but only the printed useless paper receipt. I couldn't apply for expenses reimbursement due this and lost money. This is not fair to local tax authorities as well. Also very poor breakfast and smell into the room and noise every morning.

The location was absolutely perfect. The room was nice and clean. The rooftop balcony was a fabulous break at the end of the day to watch the sunset. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was just right! Will be back. Nothing the property was wonderful

My husband and I live in Umbria half the year and wanted to explore Puglia. We found this wonderful room in a perfect location - Polignano a Mare is a charming, beautiful village with so much charm and character. Our room, with a private balcony and SUPER comfortable bed/pillows and a perfect shower felt a little spa-like. But what made it exceptional was the staff at Trame Aquilian Suites. Danielle was so darling and helpful with wonderful recommendations. Then, what ended up being the icing on the cake was that I left my computer in the room, and it was not until we were 6 hours away, back in Umbria, when we discovered it. Danielle went out of her way to help us — from tracking down the computer to the lost and found where the housekeeping staff took it, to packaging it and arranging for pickup, communicating details along the way. Just a gem, and we are so grateful! We will definitely return, and we highly recommend.

Typical, narrow one way streets made finding it hard and had to call * Parking €25/day * Located on 2nd floor up very steep, tall, stones steps * Can be noisy from street and church bells ring a lot at times but modern window/doors block most of it * Curtains in bedroom are sheer and do not block light

Perfect accomodation in the old town with a seaview terrace, delicious breakfast and super kind staff. Highly recommended!
