Cozy, with nice asthetics. Bed was comfortable, kitchen/dining room was very nice. Proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Only minor detriments were the smallness and steep stairs, but they did not detract from the overall experience.

The place is wonderful, with an unbeatable location right in the heart of the historic center of Polignano a Mare, making it easy to walk everywhere. It also has all the amenities, is very clean, and truly comfortable. I would definitely come back anytime. Highly recommended!

Size of the room

Outside noise late at night (especially on the weekends) and the amount of stairs made the access difficult with large suitcases. A washing machine will be nice.

The property was lovely. The rooms are on three different levels but this is just the way very old buildings in Polignano a Mare were built. The location is perfect, right in the center of the old town. Not the property owners fault but teenagers hang outside the building talking late into the night. Earplugs work!

People site in front of the door every night talking smoking and drinking making noise until 1-2am

The interior was beautiful and the place has 2 bathrooms. It’s giving castle vibes and it’s very clean. The only small inconvenience was that the host asked us to throw away the trash before we check-out & there was no overall sense of personal touch.

Perfect location in walking distance to the main touristy things, charming little lane, easy check in and out. Stairs! But I was prepared for that and so just got more exercise.

Everything was lovely and handled well - lovely host etc. Only issue was the walls were really thin so we heard quite a bit of noise at night from neighbours. Beautiful property, everything you could ask for, right in the centre of thd Town.

The location is perfect. The house is small but beautiful and cozy. The kitchen with a terrrace is amazing. During warm months is a plus. The place has 3 floors. The main (bigger) bedroom is located on the first floor. The second bedroom is on the second floor ( great for families with children). The 3rd floor hosts the kitchen. Anthony, the host, was very welcoming. The place is amazing, I cannot fault it...but the first bedroom has no door, it is right up a few steps from the enterance door and if there is noise outside you can hear literally everything. I stayed two nights in november, when the streets were empty and only a few restaurants opened. And on each nigt at midnight there was a group of young people who stood in front of the door and were very loud. I don't know if there was a bar or something near cause everyting was closed. I am not usually sensitive to noise but this time I could not sleep until they left. I could practically here what they were saying. But I am giving this place a 10 cause I really liked it. Maybe in the future a door to the bedroom could help a little bit with the noise coming from outside.

The location was great. Possibly the roof terrace could have had nicer furniture. I don’t remember if coffee was provided.

Property was centrally located. Very quaint and cute. We had everything we needed and the host was super helpful nothing was too much trouble.

Great location Toilet is very problematic. Not just small but also extremely unpractical, since it is in the closet (no space, just a tiny glass door is separating the toilet from the main place) Also the smell in the room is not pleasant. The room is in the basement, therefore you will be smelling moisture. The aircondition is located right opposite to the bed, so you can get cold easily.
