Parking was kind of tight at times, due to the construction happening (so we believe this is a temporary concern). Aside from that, there was nothing we didn't like that's within a reasonable ask to upgrade.

Breakfast was delicious and the view from the patio area was beautiful. The staff was welcoming and accomodating for a slightly later check-out and then holding our bags until it was time for us to leave for the airport. The waiter seemed to forget to put in the order for my wife's breakfast on the first day. By the time it arrived I had completely finished with my meal. Additionally, I was using the Nespresso maker in the room everyday, but the cream was not being replenished (though the espresso was). Minor in the grand scheme, but at premium prices the attention to detail is expected.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was delightful. The view and situation on the island was gorgeous. I would definitely come back and stay!

From the moment we checked in for our honeymoon, we felt like family. Kleopatra, Yiannis, Sergio, Nikos, and Vasilis were truly incredible and made the visit stupendous with their outstanding service and kindness. We had a mixup with our ferry to due to high winds and the staff made us feel relaxed, helped us find a ferry the next day, and offered us a room to stay. Each day started with an insanely delicious and fresh breakfast served to our balcony overlooking the sea. The night before you choose what time you want it delivered and what items you would like. We loved the eggs and different pastries. We truly felt so spoiled. We ate 3 different nights at the hotel because the food was great and the service unbeatable. Not to mention, listening to the waves crashing while watching the sunset was nothing short of paradise. Order the lamb lollipops- they were our favorite in all of Greece! Can’t say enough amazing things about our stay here. The staff made us feel like we were family- each day helping us choose our itinerary and explore all that Milos has to offer. Yiannis is a superstar. We can’t wait to come back! Everything was perfect.

Everything about this hidden gem was perfect. The view. The room. The staff. The food. The spa. I will, without hesitation, return. I had to do an unexpected work zoom and wifi wasn't ideal in my room for video so they set me up in the office and it worked perfectly. So no complaints - zero.

Food at the restaurant was delicious, everything was clean and beautiful and best thing of all- the staff! We had trouble with our rental car and the hotel manager called the company and handled it on our behalf. The property was quiet and serene. Loved everything about the property.

The waterfront location is absolutely stunning as are the facilities, high quality terrace meals, spectacular sunsets, beautifully appointed room (103). The staff and service was exceptional and a special thanks to Yanni’s help and amazing tips and also Vasilis who makes the best Pina Coladas on the island. ??Every other member of team did everything to make your stay wonderful. Thank you so much. Leaving ☹️

The staff was amazing

Property has the best sunset on the island. The staff are world class: attentive and kind. Ioannis was incredible and supported with recommendations, requests and services throughout the entire stay. Hospitality program is 10/10, with extensive breakfast, long list of exquisite cocktails and delicious dinner. We would 100% stay here again when back in Milos.

Beautifully designed with contemporary art, stylish furnishings in blonde wood and a to-die-for location by a dramatic bay on Pollonia’s coast. Very clean and comfortable with great bathroom, efficient AC and private balcony with sea view. The staff is incredibly helpful and personable, available to advise or share their personal favorite beaches, excursions or restaurants. A fantastic experience through and through! Not so easy to go swimming when the wind is from the north as they need to pull up the ladder from the bathing platform.

Great location. Clean and modern accommodations with a view that can’t be matched. Staff truly go above and beyond to accommodate- whether it’s helping with transport or renting a car, an extra blanket or just general questions to help ensure you love their beautiful little island. Absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
