Anemoessa Studios

Everything was perfect.

Areti was an incredible host and helped us in many aspects of our stay. She recommended great locations, beaches, shops and services which made our stay in Milos simply spectacular and unique. The studios are placed in an ideal location in island of Milos named Pollonia which is very relaxed compared to other island areas. The location of studios in Pollonia is great as it is close to the sea and town center, with a spectacular view of the sunset. I would definitely choose this accomodation again if I planned to visit Milos again.

This was in a great location, just a few minutes from the main town of Pollonia. There was parking on site which was super helpful. Our room was clean. We had great sunset views from our balcony. Nothing!

Excellent apartment! Big comfy bed, A/c, kitchen, wonderful usually shaded balcony with views of ocean, islands and a gorgeous traditional red white and blue fishing boat. Fantastic location easy walk from great village (Pollonia). Easy access to calm swimming a few steps away and even calmer and more gentle with shade swimming beach 5 minutes walk away. Extremely nice and friendly host. Gifts of a bottle of wine, really good homemade spanakopita, etc. Free use of beach.mats and towels and umbrella. Awesome place! No big deal but bedroom up wooden spiral staircase from the bathroom. Unrelated to the property we really liked RAC car rental in Adamas! Decent car, unusually good price, and very helpful and friendly!

Location, the room was amazing, awesome shower, daily housekeeping, shared books, coffee and treats in room daily, balcony with sea view, very kind hosts, fresh towels and beach towels Nothing…everything was perfect!

Areti the host was so kind and welcoming! She helped me organize transport from the ferry, gave me an itinerary of things to do on the island and checked in on my several times. She gave excellent recommendations of places to go. The room itself had the most amazing view of the sunset right from my balcony. It was walking distance to town which has a beach and a short 15-20 minute drive to everywhere else on the island (I rented an ATV for transport). I highly recommend this stay.

Amazing location directly across from the beach and within walking distance to downtown Pollonia and restaurants. Our host was so incredibly kind and helpful, she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. nothing really

The owner is amazing! The special daily treats handmade from her mother were delicious. Location was fabulous! About 10 minutes walk into the center. Side sea view perfect for sunset. Very nice!!!

The location couldn’t be more perfect: right on the beach, with breathtaking views and the sound of the sea just steps away. The space was spotless, charming, and full of thoughtful touches that showed how much care Areti puts into every detail. I’ve traveled to many places, but this stay truly stands out. Our stay at Anemoessa Studios was absolutely perfect. The location of the property was just right - adjacent to a small beach with access for swimming/snorkeling, beautiful sunset views, and an easy walk to central Pollonia. On a broader scale, the location on Milos was also excellent. Pollonia itself has all the conveniences - restaurants, bakeries, water sports, transportation, etc., yet has a quieter, relaxing, small-town feel. The property itself had everything we needed - clean and comfortable accommodations, full kitchen, etc. Most importantly however, was the host. Areti made sure our every need was attended to. She graciously introduced us to Pollonia and Milos, taking her time to give us a map tour of the island - complete with helpful recommendations and informative insight. She surprised us daily with delicious, homemade baked goods from her mother's kitchen (yum!) and always made sure that we wanted for nothing. Areti had an intuitive way of being available and helpful, yet in a timely and non-intrusive manner. We stayed at Anemoessa for just short of a week, and when we left, it felt like we were leaving family behind. Thank you, thank you Areti for a lovely and enjoyable stay. Nothing.

It was beautiful! Tucked away and quiet but also near everything you could need. Our host was incredible, she was so helpful in showing us what to do on the island and giving recommendations. She also sent me back an AirPod when I left it there, forever grateful to her!! She went above and beyond!

Areti made our stay very special and made the time to give us recommendations for around the island. The location was convenient to walk to restaurants and the beach.

The property was beautiful! Right on the water so we were able to watch the sunset and listen to the waves. Our room was large with a great bathroom and shower. Areti was the highlight of our stay. She was so accommodating and helped us get transport around the island. She was incredibly helpful when our ferries were delayed and cancelled. This was our favorite stay while in Greece!! I would recommend anyone stay here!

Simple but more than adequate accommodation. Incredible location directly across from the sea. Room 9 upstairs had a fantastic view from the room and from the balcony. The owner was so helpful and took the time to give recommendations for beaches and restaurants using a map of Milos. The change of pace from Athens and Santorini to Milos was much appreciated. The location of Anemoessa is within walking distance to the main area of Pollonia, and it’s also convenient to the rest of the island. Would recommend a rental car to be able to explore different areas of Milos outside of Pollonia.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful room with a great view of the ocean and sunset! The room was exceptionally clean and in a great location. The host was very friendly and generous and gave us great recommendations for our stay. We would definitely come back!

Amazing stay at Anemoessa Studios! Our host Areti was incredibly helpful and thoughtful — from the welcoming wine on arrival to the delicious cake made by her mother. Every day, we found fresh, different fruit thoughtfully left in our fridge, which made us feel truly at home. We stayed in the studio, which offered plenty of space and a lovely private balcony with stunning views of the sunrise and sunset — simply dreamy! The whole experience felt like a home away from home. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with a caring host, Anemoessa Studios is the perfect choice!

We arrived at Anemoessa studios in the evening and our host Areti welcomed us and showed us around. Our room was perfect, had a fabulous view , had everything needed to be comfortable, and the location of the studios in Pollonia was incredible.  Areti is the most thoughtful, warm, and wonderful host. She gave us valuable recommendations on where to go on Milos and how to get around. She helped organize a car for us which was delivered to the studio....so helpful. Areti was easy to reach, checked in with us, and was available for any questions. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the incredibly warm family-like hospitality. Thank you Areti and family for a wonderful stay on Milos. We will be back. nothing

This was the perfect stay - very well located in Pollonia next to a quiet beach where I swam each morning (...for me, being very close to the sea a big reason to choose Pollonia over staying in Plaka, Trypiti etc.). There are some fantastic restaurants in Pollonia and this was an ideal, relaxed base to explore this beautiful island - we hired a car. Areti is so kind and helpful, really a beautiful soul, and her advice and top tips were very appreciated. We stayed 5 nights and wished that we could have stayed longer, the property is fantastic value for money, simple yet everything we needed - we would highly recommend for other travellers and hope to return back one day!
