Very dirty, very strong smell of cigarettes, dirty sheets; I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Tried to check in around 4:30pm, only one room was ready and i was told it was going to be an hour before the other room will be ready. Getting a refund was going to take another phone call and 4-5 days to get money back. So i booked another hotel and gave up 314 dollars i spent on expedia for the Travelodge. Never again, will i book room there.

The place was great

I’m sorry to have to rate this hotel a 1 out of 10 . The rooms are filthy and not well kept. The restroom walls had a lot of pink stuff on the walls and the walls inside the whole room were filthy. I don’t even feel comfortable sleeping in the bed because of how filthy the room looked. There was a lot of people hanging outside and we couldn’t even sleep comfortably.

After those 2 nights upon my actual check out, I was waiting for the manger to apologize & gave him the chance to do so but he didn’t so that’s when I let him know that what happened was not ok. He did end up apologizing to me & explained to me that there was a discrepancy on their end which I understand but he didn’t mention these things to me until after I called out the unprofessionalism. Even then, his initial response was to minimize the situation by saying things like, “well we didn’t knock that much”, “well we didn’t open the door”. That is not ok!!!!! I never said he did all that but in other words he was saying it wasn’t a big deal. So ridiculous, as the manager you’d think he would have better customer service skills.

The room was not clean. Scratches all over the floor, couch and bedding had stains. The Air conditioning made rattling noises. The parking lot had a lot of trash in the bushes. The area just made us uncomfortable especially at night. The pool area had no shade at all. The staff however were nice to us, but probably won’t ever stay here again.

Location was good for me Floor made my feet black, freeway was very loud, construction next door started earlier than 7, no cup for water, bed not very comfortable

Location Room wasnt ready after 3pm. No one was working in the office and when I rang for them it took them 30 min to come down. Had to wait another 30 min to be checked in and then I was told my room wasnt ready. Property is riddled with trash and homeless people loitering.

Room was clean but smelled a lot like smoke. Waterbug came out of tub at night. And the beds squeaked a lot other than that it was ok. Ac worked good
