This property is in a superb location but old and tired. The taps in the sink, the doors etc are all 1970’s and not fit for use. Staff are good but even luggage trolleys are corroded and unsafe. Frank the valet is an exceptional person and the valet staff are really good. $36 per night for valet parking is excessive. The $20 food credit is useless against an inflated price food menu. A generally okay experience but not good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. The balcony view was absolutely spectacular, and being within easy walking distance of the beach was a huge plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one is definitely the best one I’ve been to. The hotel is very clean. The customer service here is top tier, all of the staff were so helpful, accommodating and friendly. I truly would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Only downside was that there was so much seaweed on the beach and in the ocean so we used the pool instead but overall a great place to stay!!

Overall, this is a nice hotel with excellent service. The front desk staff, servers at Zoe’s Grill, and breakfast staff were all friendly and helpful. Room service was good, and the rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable. The resort offers fun fitness activities with great instructors, free museum passes, and two hours of complimentary bike rentals. However, there is a $39 daily resort fee plus $36 per day for valet parking, which can add up quickly. The $20 daily food and beverage credit is a nice benefit, but it must be charged to the card on file and does not roll over, so be sure to use it each day. The pool closes at 8 PM, which I feel is early for a resort. Also, only one elevator was working during our stay, resulting in long wait times, especially during busy hours. The lobby was clean but not very modern or upscale, and the air conditioning could be stronger, especially during the hot Fort Lauderdale weather. Overall, we enjoyed the clean rooms, friendly staff, and amenities, but the extra fees, parking costs, early pool closing, and elevator delays are important to consider. I recommend comparing the total cost with other nearby hotels before booking. For a 5 day stay, I ended up paying $457 for resort, parking, and tax fees. Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5

To start off it valet parking only and it’s like 38$ a night. No regular parking available. When we got there only 1 elevator was working the second was broken. It took over 30 min to be able to catch an elevator going down whit a cart because the hotel is big and lots of stories so 1 elevator wasn’t enough. The second issue we had was the ac in our room didn’t work until the last night. They kept sending us the engineer to fix it and it would work for an hour and then stop working. Finally on the last night the engineer figured out the problem and fixed it so we had 1 comfortable night sleep. Besides those issue it’s a decent place. I wouldn’t pay as much as we did for it again but if it was cheaper we would stay again.

very unhappy about the communication piece of the hotel. There is a $39 destination fee that you cannot elect out of. So whatever you pay for the booking- don’t expect that to be the only thing you pay for. The staff was not clear about this being something you HAD to pay for.

Great place! Well maintained. Not a lot close to do but not overly populated and very relaxing.

My only real complaint is how quickly the additional fees add up. Parking is $36 per day, plus tax, and valet is the only option, which is expensive and inconvenient for guests who would rather park their own vehicle. There was also a $39 daily destination fee, along with separate sales and occupancy taxes charged on that fee. Based on my receipt, the destination fee and valet parking added approximately $82.59 per night, or more than $165 over a two-night stay, on top of the room rate. Although an F&B credit was included, it did not make the destination fee feel worthwhile to me. I liked everything else about the hotel, but guests should factor these mandatory daily charges into the total price before booking. The stay itself was excellent; I just wish the parking and destination fees were lower or that a self-parking option was available.

Having a Kitchenette and laundry machine in the room was nice Pool was clean but having it close at 8 was not ideal as we arrived late and evening and lost from swimming time and there wasn’t much to do in the area or swim in the beach Restaurant on site was overpriced but the staff was kind and very hard working and the restaurant Manager checked in on everyone Breakfast was good but many things ran out quickly if you didn’t come on time And the beach was horrible smell with black sargassum and flies everywhere we couldn’t swim at all.
