The room had a terrible smell. There was a bar right outside of our room that was noisy until midnight. It says there is a washing machine, but then they asked us to pay €10 to use the washing machine. They had to wash your clothes for you so you did not have access to the actual washing machine. The air-conditioning would turn off in the middle of the night, which would wake me up and then make it difficult to go back to sleep because the room was so hot. When I asked for extra pillows, I was told that all pillows were in use and they didn’t have any for us.

Dino was very responsive, helpful and entertaining. The location is 100 meters from the Pompei entrance and everything was great.

Location was fantastic ! it was right across the street from the Ruins and a 1/2 mile from the train. Dino the proprietor was very helpful and amiable.

The proximity to the anfiteatro entrance to Pompei is absolutely perfect. Really, nothing at all. Everything was wonderful.

We loved staying at Pompeii Ruins de Charme B&B! Not only was it directly in front of an entrance/exit to the ruins, but the accommodations were welcoming and beautiful. Dino was an excellent host and arranged transport (even driving us himself) from Napoli. AND his espresso drinks, delicious croissants, and breakfast in the morning helped us start off our days with a smile. They went the extra mile with a fridge full of cold drinks for a reasonable charge. We will definitely be back!

Had access to a full kitchen which was awesome! The location couldnt have been better. Pompei is a deligtful city and boasts extraordinary GF pizza.

Location, location, location. What a delightful bnb. Of course as others said Dino is the best host ever. Loves to engage and very charming. He really cares for his guests. BEST Italian Breakfast! Dino even shows you the highlights not to miss in the ruins. He really wants your stay to be stellar in every way. 4 hours in the ruins was adequate for us but many stay longer. I would no try to do it for less time than the 4 hours. Dino also suggested a place for dinner off the main street. Church is gorgeous and NOT to miss. Very quiet location so sleep came easier. Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was great and included fresh croissants with powdered sugar. Dino was very accommodating and gave us some good suggestions for our time in Pompei, including what to see at the ruins and nearby restaurants suggestions. Location was fantastic - easy to get to the ruins, shops, gelato, restaurants. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

This is really a gem. The location is perfect; spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast, and the host really made my stay. He was super helpful and informative. Cannot recommend highly enough. I have no criticisms.

We stayed at Pompeii Ruins De Charme for a night when we were traveling around Italy. It's a charming B&B, with a very convenient location right across the street from the ruins. There's a common area on the ground floor that includes a kitchen area. The rooms are comfortable, each with an outdoor area. Dino, who runs it, is a great guy who is ready to do everything he can to make his guests comfortable. he knows Pompeii well and is ready to make recommendations for good restaurants and other things to see. If you're in Pompeii to explore the ruins, this is a great place to stay.

What a pleasant stay with Pompeii ruins de charme!

Really enjoyed the proximity to the city and the cleanliness of the facilities! I can’t think of anything that I didn’t appreciate. Everything was excellent.

Dino was a great host and provide a lot of great tips for our time in Pompeii and our other destinations. We stayed here after a long flight and were adjusting to the change in time zones. It was a very comfortable stay. Was very satisfied overall. There was street construction in front of the hotel, so we had to drag our luggage through that to get to the place, but that is a temporary inconvenience, as that will be completed at some point.

This is an excellent bargain in an excellent location…owner Dino is a charming host and served a fine breakfast. Difficult to find this B&B on the street…needs a bigger sign on Via Roma, and description needs a picture of the alleyway where it is located.

The host is exceptionally friendly and made our stay very enjoyable, even though we didn't have luck with the weather. His homemade croissants in the morning made the house smell like a home. The location is more than fantastic as you are just in front of the ruins. There is a lot to do in the area. I highly recommend the host and place! All was great! :)

The whole atmosphere was nice, interaction with other travelers and of course the host was outstanding, very helpful. we have this for our next trip.

Perfect location for visiting Pompeii ruins - across the street from Piazza Anfiteatro entrance gate and easy walk down to main Porto Marina gate (15 mins?) . 6-8 minute walk from Santuario train stop in Pompeii (going past the magnificent Basilica which is lit up at night.). Just a few doors from a small fish restaurant with delicious food and another minute to a foccacheria with delicious sandwiches (one feeds 2 people generously, truly!). Room was clean, large, with a sweet balcony with small table/2 chairs overlooking the back gardens of other properties. Friendly and responsive host! Washing machine for EUR 10 - leave your laundry in a bag and a kind lady will do it for you and hang it on a drying rack on your balcony. There is a shared seating area on the ground floor with comfortable sofas. The bedrooms are upstairs. We appreciated that the owner met us for check-in. Be sure to ask how the shower works (unless you’re Italian) - we didn’t and had to text him at 11 pm and he was cheerfully responsive! It worked fine. Like everywhere we have been in Italy (and other countries) there are many stairs up to the bedroom level. This is not a criticism, just to be aware. Everything was good!
