Breakfast could offer better variety. Having a better coffee machine or barista-made coffee available would be a wonderful upgrade

Walking distance to Pompeii and secure parking. Many restaurants in the area too.

Location was excellent, staff was nice, rooms not the best The second room they put us in was terrible, I can’t possibly imagine how they got a 4 star rating, 2 at best, but the restaurant attached was a 5 star restaurant a5 star service

Ice hotel, staff fries and helpful. Rome was very spacious and clean. Across the road from one of the entrances to Pompeii. Very little hot water for shower.

In the 2nd floor i could still easily hear street noise, the windows are not new nor double paned.

Location Floor in the room was uncomfortable to walk on as was fake stone floor. No blanket on bed only sheet. No chairs on the outdoor balcony

We were staying with another couple, so we booked two suites which were very clean, neat, newly refurbished and extremely reasonably priced! The breakfast was also excellent and the staff from the front desk to the bar and breakfast staff were outstanding.

Everything! Great location, very clean, excellent breakfast, excellent restaurant , and the most important- AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Strongly recommended! Wish the elevator was bigger

Everything was great and it really is exceptional value for money. Excellent location and a breakfast room with an astonishing view over the Pompei site.

The location and the parking. It was all a bit basic for what it cost. A large crowd at breakfast made it uncomfortable.

Good but basic. Room very plain. One old print of a painting. Cracked tiles and smeared paintwork.

Room had the basic, bathroom, same. amenities for bathroom were limited Comfort could be increased, bathroom amenities very limited. I guess you are paying for the location.

Perfect location for the ruins Only thing negative I would say is no chair to use on balcony etc and slow elevator

Loved this hotel. Right beside Pompeii. The free breakfast was amazing on the fourth floor with full window views of Pompeii. The staff were amazingly helpful. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel that would open my bottled colas for me

Location was good, breakfast was good, and wifi worked fine. The attached restaurant was fantastic. This hotel has serious problems. There was black mold in both of the bathrooms. One bathroom had a poster leaning against the wall, and when you moved it, it uncovered a giant hole in the wall that opened right into the public hallway! They mentioned they were doing renovations, but they should not have rented a room in that condition.

Great location, large rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with a great view. Access to archeological site right across the street. Short walk to local eats and shopping.
