Rooms were all together and we had a private commen area to spend time in as a famiy. Within walking distance to many restaurants. Nothing. It was perfect.

The person who checked us in acted like she was annoyed because we arrived 15 minutes before check-in. Not helpful or kind at all. The reception area is very small, and several people had a very loud conversation right in front of our room for a couple of hours. We could hear everything. We heard a little child running back and forth all during our stay.

Great location. Close to Pompei ruins and lots of stores and restaurants. Sara welcomed us and was very helpful with anything we needed or to answer questions. Clean rooms

The shower is very very small...self catering we had to buy our own bowls and forks and knives... but they were cheap too buy

Close to Pompeii shops bars and restaurants but a quiet and peaceful location. Comfortable beds with ample amenities and a place to sit in a lounge area for drinks and meet your friends. A nice big fridge freezer to keep your Gin & Tonics cool and make ample ice for your pre dinner soirées! Kind and helpful staff with good advise about the area and restaurants. Car park in the garage for 1 car when available and courtyard parking off street in a secure private locked up gated facility. Overall a good experience in the true Neapolitan easy style where nothing is too much trouble! kind of way. Great experience. Regatzi from Chris

The location of the property even for a basement room the room was cozy. Did arrive earlier then check in and was lovely to sit under a shelter while waiting to check in There was nothing to dislike

Location was excellent, staff very helpful and good with recommendations for places to eat nearby. Safe car parking and gated entry.

Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and had air conditioning. We were 5 adults in the 2 room family accommodation, which has double bunks. This was a little cramped, but still ok, and we are budget conscious and therefore happy with the price. The arrangement would be good for travelling with children. The rooms are located within walking distance of Pompeii station, the town centre, and the Pompeii ruins site. There are many options close by for meals.

Location good - very close to all bars/restaurants/shops. 10 min walk to Pompeii ruins and just under half hour walk to train station. Room was in the basement, which is fine BUT advertised as the room having fridge/lounge area but in actual fact it’s a communal area in the basement that you have to walk through to get to your room, the 3 (4?) basement rooms are all just doors directly off of this communal area. If there a people hanging out in the communal area, they are literally right outside your bedroom door and you have to walk through them to get in/out of room. There was one night a few guys were messing around in there in the evening and being a bit noisy but it wasn’t late into the night. No other noise or anything dodgy going on as mentioned in other reviews. Was in family room and shower cubicle was TINY had to shower with the doors open! Finally - MASSIVE FIRE HAZARD - if fire in communal area, you’re gonna be toast. Basement windows big enough to get out of, so I felt ok….until last day, my son pointed out wrought iron bars on the outside!!!!

Cleaning, nice rooms, separate bath Parking space if more then 4 cars not easy .£10 to park inside the house. Family room is underground floor no mobile network reception Every time main gate opens you can hear it down and it wakes u up with the vibration Wifi only works for two devices per family of 5. There was setting issue which remains the same through out We got cattle but no cups no spoon no tea. We had to request and-not fully equipped ready for bigger family. You have kitchen but nothing pan and no knives no pots nothing. U have to bring ur own things to cook there. Shower is very tinny. If u are bit healthy it will not be comfortable at all.

Location! 5min walk to the Pompei Santuario train station (smaller train line that does not go direct to Sorrento) which made it very easy to walk to and find, also maybe a 5 min walk into main town with heaps of restaurants. About a 10-15min stroll to the smaller entrance of Pompeii and 30min stroll to the main gates. Host kindly left us snacks and water on arrival and made excellent restaurant recommendations. AC worked very well. Very thin walls. Could hear all guests staying on our floor as if the door was open, also heard guests upstairs which kept us awake.
