B&B La Fenice

The room was good, with most of the listed facilities. However there was no private kitchen as advertised, there was a fridge in the room, but the kitchen was shared. Lack of private kitchen. Lack of storage for clothes etc

The location is steps away from the ruins and close to bars and restaurants. The coffee bar is a nice touch but I never used it. I’m disappointed in the property. The lamp light at first didn’t work (it eventually was fixed), fridge didn’t work (they tried but failed to fix while I was there), the sink had a leak at the last connection so water flew everywhere, the door handle kept falling off, and the TV wasn’t connected what so ever.

Walking distance to Pompeii entrances and exit. Family run small caffe beside the church was a great breakfast.

There is a little problem with sound, you can hear everything that is happening outside your door in the hallway and other rooms .

Not their fault, but water went out one of the days. She supplied us with a large bin of water so we could clean up

It is a good location near the train station and not too far from Pompeii ruins. It was cheap. The host seemed very uninterested in our stay. The host was about 20 minutes late meeting us despite us communicating our arrival clearly. Rooms are in an apartment in a dilapidated building. Linen on the bed was stained. Could hear noises from surrounding apartments upstairs and next door all night. Adjoining balcony overlooks bedroom window so need to keep closed all the time. No breakfast provided so this is more of a B than a B&B. I would only stay here if nothing else was available in your budget. There are much better places available for only 50 or so Euros more.

Address is not what is listed on the site. Had difficulty finding the location and unfortunately we don't speak Italian and the owners did not speak English but eventually we found the hotel at the end of a side street.Toilet seat was missing in the bathroom and not enough power outlets for a family room with multiple people. The included breakfast is only a croissant and coffee at a nearby cafe. The croissant was delicious however. All trivial issues but just informing for future guests.

The location is good. The room was too tight for three people. The "kitchen" was very improvised. The place needs lots of improvements, even the taps were not fixed. And the building looks very old inside, it was badly kept and in urgent need of renovation.

We went to the wrong address first but Anna picked us up with her car. She was always available via whats app which was great. The place is in the city center. Everything is walkable. She let us leave our luggage at the reception after check out so we could see the ruins of Pompei. We would stay there again. Thanks Anna for everything! All was very good.

Location Facilities were very basic. Floor was dirty. Power connections were inconsistent.

The Wifi is so weak

We arrived by train and the appartment is within walking distance from the station which was great. Even though we were leaving early, the owner brought us cartons of juice and croissants which we could take with us.
