The room was older. The tv didn’t work but bed was comfortable. Desk person was very nice

The staff was very helpful, but the property was very nasty. The rooms were very dirty and missing light bulbs. We also found some drug paraphernalia. Would not recommend this hotel!!!

terrible experience, the shower head and the ceiling where covered in black mold along with the lamp shade. the bed was hard (we had the king suite) bathroom was beyond tiny couldn’t even close the door fully without stepping to the side. the whole building smelt like cigarettes will never stay again.

Bathroom faucet was loose and the hairdryer didn’t work.

Clean! Beds and pillows super comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. Remember when booking this is not a 5 star hotel it is clean and affordable. Make sure your budget and your expectations are in line! The pool could use some attention.

Cigarette burns in the blankets.

Clean room. Toilet needed repair. Breakfast not much to brag about. Front desk staff were helpful.

The beds n pillows was very comfortable No bed bugs in the room we stayed in The bathroom door sticks in room 108 No hot tub the pool smelled clean but didn’t look clean the sides were yellow and had broken ladder not safe for younger kids and the door was locked to the sauna

The bed was comfortable After turning on the hairdryer for 15 seconds smoke was pouring our of both ends. I shut it off immediately and unplugged it from the wall. The continental breakfast consisted of a toaster and some cereal.

No elevator. Unit on 2nd floor. People smoking right by the entrance.

The toilet lid,from the first time you sat down it completely moved,We had to tighten up the lid ourselves,abd the toilet itself was Not cleaned properly at all under its rim inside bowl.was gross as hell never scrubbed.the shower was horrible. You couldnt get a full stream because half the water was coming from.the fauset and other from the dirty shower head.the button to lift it to spray just wasnt working.the sinks faucet literally moves .whoever cleans these rooms Have NO CLEANING KNOWLEDGE. CURTAINS BLOW AWAY FROM WINDOW WHEN AIR IS On. I had to put a bag and a chair to keep them down so no one could look in.we were on ground level.

We arrived at the hotel, the entryway smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. We checked in and entered our non smoking room to find it too smelled like cigarettes. As we set down our belongings we discovered filth from under the bed frame. Further investigation found garbage and a pile of dehydrated feces under the bed. We began cleaning up the mess but decided to photograph to show the staff. When we alerted the staff of the issues we were told the smoke smell seeped down from the second floor unit above, they did nothing to address either the smoke or the feces and filth since we already cleaned it up. Further upon leaving the hotel we discovered another guest had flung and stuck gummy candies to the side of our vehicle. This is the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The refrigerator was a nice plus.

Property needs physical update badly

Lobby was under remodeling, No Coffee!! No breakfast. Hot tub totally closed! These are things that should have been noted. Very dissappointed!

Pool was dirty hot tub was not working it was a non-smoking facility but all you smell was marijuana children upstairs running around keeping us up all night staff partying outside the building. Didn't have the continental breakfast because they were painting.

The maids were awesome and personable. There were tornado warnings and they assured us they would come get us if we needed to take shelter. The feont desk was super kind about pur late areival as well .
