This was one of the most charming places I've ever stayed. Friendly and helpful owners (saved us about 50 euros on mont st Michel parking). Beautiful garden, quiet location.

Can’t say enough good things about this B&B. The room was comfortable and welcoming. The outside garden was fabulous for sitting with a glass of wine. The breakfast was very delicious - best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. The hosts are the best - so nice and gave us so many sightseeing tips. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is one block from the downtown area and on a quiet street. Was in room 5, on the top or third floor, an attic space that was converted well. As some of the walls are various angles, I only hit my head twice ....after which I did not make that mistake again. Breakfast was over the top with the owner a prior chief and it shows in his care and diligence. A small refrigerator in the room would have been nice; however, the property provided a common one on the first floor anyone at the property is able to utilize if desired.

Perfect location just short trip to Mont St Michel. While it is an old French building it has been modernized for great bathrooms. Beautiful garden in back. Host were extremely helpful and friendly. Great French breakfast each morning cooked by host. Comfortable king size bed and large rooms that were immaculate. Easy walk to multiple good local restaurants. That we only stayed 2 nights. Nothing to not like❤️

So quaint, right in town. Florence was lovely and accommodating! Rooms were comfortable and a wonderful breakfast before our day at Mont St Michel! And Sylvester the cat was the sweetest!

The property was clean, attractive and well maintained. There is a lovely patio in the back on which to relax after a busy day. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and gave great dining recommendations. There were many breakfast selections available, including cooked to order. Nothing

Our room was clean, comfortable and attractively furnished. Location was convenient to train station and restaurants in town. Breakfast was very tasty and innkeepers were friendly and helpful. Transportation from Pontorson to Mont Saint Michel was a little spotty and crowded at the time of year we visited (early October) - but that's no reflection on the hotel itself, just a comment on the location.

Just loved the homey atmosphere and the wonderful hospitality shown to us at Mont B&B! Wonderful room, great linens, wonderful shower, and the most spectacular breakfasts on the planet! Plus Sylvester the cat is just a bonus! Beautiful garden to sit and relax in as well Also, within walking distance of the Gare SNCF bus station to take the #2 bus from Pontorson to Mont St. MIchel There was nothing not to like!

I was a bit too late in the season to enjoy the garden for breakfast. Hopefully next time!

Exceptional breakfast. Kind and engaging hosts. Super clean. The owners are fine hosts, every detail attended to. We like a king-sized bed. Here it came at the price of space to move around easily. Our stay was brief: it was a small price to pay. ( we did catch a glimpse of a very nice reading/ games area and there’s a very nice garden, as well. Brief stay, so we did not explore these amenities) See comment re room size.

Had a wonderful stay here for 2 nights! The perfect location for visiting Mont St Michel and Normandy. The backyard garden is lovely for breakfast in the morning and to relax in the afternoon. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

I would totally stay here again!!!! Comfortable room, great atmosphere, delicious breakfast, close to train/bus stations. I missed my train in Paris and so had to take the last train of the day from Rennes to Pontorson, which arrived around 21:48. After letting Ms Florence know about the situation, I was very happy that she was willing to allow for my late arrival. Mont St Michel in relation to Pontorson can be a pain to get to if you don't have a car or bike because the public bus schedule is tied to the train: no train = no bus. There is a gap in bus service coverage from about noon to about five pm. One complaint: the shower stall floor is smooth and somewhat slippery when wet. Some additional texture on the floor of the shower stall would make it safer. One suggestion: it would be nice to partially open the casement windows without having them swing open all the way. I suspect that these same windows might tilt in depending on how the window handle is turned but I didn't figure out that trick until later (at a different B&B). Perhaps the opening vs tilting function could be explained and demonstrated to future guests.
