We stayed at this property previously and it was fine. This time was horrible. First they had me on the second floor instead of the accessible or first floor room. Once the room was fixed and we got settled into the new 1st floor room, the doorknob broke and could not be opened from the outside so we had to get a new room. After packing everything back up we went to the third room. The 3rd room smelled strongly of pest control spray and the air conditioner was loud and rattling the whole night, the electrical outlet was hanging out of the wall, and the bathroom was only half clean.

So if I was to give this hotel a review I have to say it would be a 6/10 due to the fact there are a lot of improvements needed. The room presentation was ok but wasn’t was the fact I got 2 key cards and only one worked (didn’t go bk due to no needed to because it was me and my son ) so we get in the room and we turn the air on it will be cool for a moment then it will turn hot then flash bk to a lil cool and then it let out this burnt odor ….the refrigerator and microwave smelled like Chinese food and we just checking in ….then the tub needs to be upgraded due to the fact it’s not leveled it’s like it’s sinked in the middle like It has a dip….then when asked for extra rags it was frowned upon and why… I don’t know….. due to the fact I think everyone needs 2 idk bout yall but I know bout me …..then it’s like the cleaning lady came around that Saturday to clean the room but I told us to give us a min an we will be leaving only to come back to the beds half made like we could of did that ourselves (pics below)then our last day the cleaning lady was trying to rush us out but check out wasn’t until 11…the breakfast can be a lot of versatile meat of choice would be nice…improvements are needed

The staff were friendly and helpful my room was clean and cool . The bed was comfortable which gave me a good night sleep. I will stay again.

The property’s location was the only plus to this stay for me. When we walked in the building it smelled of marijuana even on the second floor and in our room when we entered. The bathtub did not have a stopper to take a bath only showers. The tv channels did not work and it did not automatically connect to the hotel’s internet. When we went down for breakfast all that was offered was waffles and cereal which is not what we were expecting for a continental breakfast. The bedding in our room on one of the beds smelled of urine. If we had not have already paid we would have left and went somewhere else.

The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was truly unmatched! We were given a clean, comfortable, ADA-accessible room that exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be coming back. 10/10, no complaints whatsoever!

Everything was okay, met expectations for the most part TV connection was quite poor, Desk Clerks were very loud with/at each other at breakfast. Breakfast consumables were fair at best.
