I’ve been staying here on around here for quite a while good people like family. I like to think Billy Amy in the Vicky in the new GM for being such kind hearted thank you.

We did enjoy the actual location of the hotel. It's right next to dollar tree and Chik-fil-a and it's near a lot of local shops. And, it was convenient for what we needed. The staff was pretty good - although there was a phone at the front for visitors to use that says call a certain number (can't remember) if no one is at the front and you need something. I used it because it was time to check out and we had been waiting a little bit. When I dialed the number, it rang the phone that was literally right there at the desk... where no one was... Honestly, I'm not sure if it alerted staff elsewhere but it did make us chuckle. When someone did show up, they were nice and friendly and the actual checkout was really fast. I would give this property another chance - but, I hope that next time will be cleaner.

Amazing location, but it feels unsafe, due to the amount of people hanging around outdoors, it took the front desk, clerk an long time to check me in, the sheets covers in floor was dirty behind the chair and on the inside of the chair, the dressers were stained , the floor was very sticky room 403 07/03/2026

the hotel room was absolutely disgusting, we found an old used bar of soap in the shower along with a roach. the room itself smelled horrible. the floors had not been swept or mopped. the tv did not work. it was just overall disgusting. a sticker on the bathroom mirror said housekeeping services are only provided every two weeks.

The price Lack of pillows smelled like weed and there were people sleeping in the hallway

Not anything really. Rooms are dirty and roach infested. Leaking toilet they didn't call until the next day after notifying them. Paper plates with food left in refrigerator. Refrigerator unplugged and hot on arrival. Woke up to roach crawling towards my face. I will never stay at Woodspring again.

The property did not follow the instructions and does not pick up calls. Called 6 times on the day of our check in and not one call went through.

The check in person made me wait until 3pm to check in. It was 2:45pm and I needed to use the bathroom amd I just got done driving, there is no bathroom in the lobby, and I had to wait so I could use the bathroom. Then at 3p I jad to wait further become others were in line trying to check in. I will never use this hotel or it's brand ever again.

The staff were rude when I was trying to check in. And actually made me feel unwelcome and like I didn’t know anything when I’m the one who booked the room. I didn’t even stay. I left and went somewhere else. Will never book here again.

Overall, everything was…... okay I guess.The TV barely worked the toilet leaked and there was a few bugs.

Lack of information from staff, stained bedding and over all very uncomfortable stay. The pillows were like cardboard and the mattress was terrible.

Nice room just need Roku
