Wifi is fast, room is clean a neighborhood is silent. Breakfest was handmade by Gianluca (Thanks!!!), so staff is great! AC handled the 40oC heat wave nicely. I have to get back and rent a bike next time.

I was coming from work and i had do the late check in around midnight and they refuse , even with Booking suggestion.. so i was in the middle of nowhere in the night and I paid another Bnb ..

Staff was great! Rooms are wide and the best is cleaning is really excellent.

The Wi-Fi wasn't working for part of our stay. It was really hot and we could not set the room temperature lower than 21 degrees.

Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal, cakes, jams, bread, yoghurt, biscuits, cheese/ham/salami all served with fresh juice and barista made tea or coffee in a cosy dining room. All good

Whilst tucked away from the main shops, it was quiet and convenient for us coming by car with plenty of free parking. On arrival the reception was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and smelt fresh and clean with excellent facilities including tea/coffee making with cups. Overall a very good experience and good value. Nothing

I was surprised when they called me around 9pm that they are closing the doors we was almost 50 miles away from the hotel we can’t had dinner because we was panicking when I told her she was saying they emailed which I never received I travel a lot but never had this situation it’s an proper hotel it’s not family run bed and breakfast that they have some rules that you have to be on time that’s why I never stayed any family running b&b when I was left city to going to the hotel we got lost because address was wrong because I was panicking and she keep calling where are you I almost had accident anyway finally we went to hotel at 11 pm without any dinner was really hungry but sleep without any food and panicking next morning our flight hotel is quite far from airport couldn’t sleep all night so will not advise to go to that hotel
