A comfy and clean, family run bed and breakfast. A shortish walk to Porec town. A good sized room with en suite bathroom and balcony. A nice touch was the provision of a drying rack on the balcony complete with pegs, ideal for wet towels and swimwear. The Villa is situated in a quite a tight residential spot and all aspects of my room and balcony were overlooked by neighbours in very close proximity. Equally there were no views of the sea or town. It is a good 5 min walk to the nearest beach area. The breakfast was a simple buffet affair with nothing cooked to order. A pleasant enough stay but with basic facilities not sure it represented good value for money when there are so many other good deals to be had.

Location, quiet neighborhood, breakfast was good, private parking. Taking shower caused flooding all over the bathroom, towels were covered with someone else's hair, there was no garbage bin in the room and the staff did not remove the garbage bags, so I had to take these out daily.
