Very clean hotel and amazing breakfast with tasty products & very good coffee machine available 24hrs .To not forget also the nice view on the mountains from balcony !

I liked the situation. Close connection to Zakopane, to main Thermal spa, just Infront of the rail station, but SILENT and calm. Staff is real helping. And I loved local cuisine in the hotel. Again thank you to the staff. Clear 10 points. I definitely Recommending this hotel for the easy and cosy stay! Nothing.

Room wasn't comfortable. No AC, No proper bed setup for a two kid family. The facilities mentioned in booking.com page has shared kitchen. But no kitchen for cooking.

The view was fantastic, from the window, we saw the whole mountains No reception in the apartment, so we didnt’t know how to check in. The bathroom cabine went wrong, we can’t open it, so we had to shower with open cabine. No soap and shower gel

Large car park near the hotel, breakfast The room is old, dirty, very small. Great audibility of neighbors from 5 am. There is no soap, towels or toilet paper in the bathroom.

Great value for money, very quiet, staff very kind. Amazing breakfast buffet, I've never seen so many options. The room and bathroom were very clean, literally nothing to complain about. The website says there is wifi, but we didn't find the password in the room nor in the hallway. The staff seem to be busy and it was not much of a deal so we didn't ask, but I think guests would appreciate it a lot if the password was given to everyone i.e. on a sheet of paper in each room.

Breakfast was fresh and carefully prepared. Lovely staff. :) We had free coffee and tea all day long. Everything was pleasant. All of the salads, cheese, bread, freshly maked pancake, were fine! A bit more fruit sometimes would be great in the future! Communication in english could be better step-by-step, we know it is take time and effort! However, we were happy to learn a bit of Polish... Internet is not the fastest, but we could still use it. Fireplace is attractive, but it would be great to use it after a cold skiing day.
