The room is well clean and the staff is very friendly

Room smell really good. Orange like smell. Staff was great! Checking in and checking out was a breeze. They have a nice coffee machine. Will stay again and I try many within the area. The staff made it enjoyable. !

The 2nd floor corridor smelled bad as a result of a recent room fire. Corridor carpets were ripped up providing trip-hazards for guests. Residual smell permeated into the room. Staff were friendly and willing to help.

Elevator was broken and they placed me on the 3rd floor. Charged a 100.00 deposit had I known would not have booked there. I have never been asked for that high of a deposit even with a pet.

Communication from the staff was great. The hotel was very nice and well kept I did not like my bed. It was too small and a little firm. Also, my bathtub was not draining properly so I don’t feel like you get the full bang for your buck . Other than that, I had no problems.

The lady was so sweet and happy to check me in. Tell me about the area. The room was clean just on small tube of shampoo and 1 small bar soap. The ac was not working. The bed seemed small for 1 person. Ice machine and snack machine was pretty much empty.
