The room had ample space to fit more adults. And the vintage vibe with the furniture. The fan didn’t work for us. Maybe there was a problem with the switch. Also, while booking the room, it mentioned water facing room view. But it did not.

The location is great because you can see lake freighters come by from the living room

Great view of canal and ship traffic. Room is well appointed and very clean. Restaurant is excellent below lodging. Tammy is cheerful, professional and helpful. Ranks as one of the best stays so far from our road trip. Will recommend to our friends.

The property was primly located in Port Colbourne with all amenities within walking distance It was amazing, I have no complaints

I had nothing wrong with it. Only issue is the stairs leading up the apartment some may find it difficult.

Like the building looking its age, but painting stairs, new grout in tub, etc would upgrade the place.

This place was amazing old and lovely we had 3 bedroom apartment with deck for the smokers the beds and pillows were so comfortable I slept very very good the owner Greg is such a nice man and all the staff were amazing and the food at their restaurant was top notch and reasonably priced will definitely be going back Nothing lol

Very spacious clean property perfectly located in Port Colbourne. There is nothing I could say I disliked

Checkin was smooth, parking was great, space was super clean and comfortable. I can't think of anything.

Didn’t havebreakfast Liked location Hostess was rude, obnoxious, irrational. Luggage lost within the facility and wasn’t’found’ until the next day after hostess learned we had made a police report. We had to sleep in our clothes. We had to backtrack from Niagara Falls to Pt Colburn to get our luggage. Hostess demanded apology from my wife and I for causing stress on her and staff by calling police. My wife is 84y/o and I am 87y/o. Hostess had no concern or interest in stress placed on us by me making multiple trips up and down the 20 steps to carry our luggage, or our sleepless night worrying about luggage and trying to sleep in our clothes, and having to drive back to Pt Colbourne to pick up our luggage, or our waiting 2 1/2 hours in the hot sun to make police report.

View of the canal was excellent. Nice large room and very quiet.

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location! Right across the canal and close to beach and bike trails. We stayed with our kids and the place was clean and well-stocked. Quiet at night and felt safe.

Spacious!

Pleasant chap sorted me out on arrival, providing a sheet re parking, etc. It was a true room with a view, overlooking the Welland Canal. You could access the venue from the back or front. The room was of ample size and clean. Would have appreciated higher end java options.

Great location with front terrace overlooking the canal. Very comfortable with tons of room inside.

Location Low water pressure

You can’t find a better location in the heart of the Port Colborne canal district. We appreciated the ground level accommodation with parking right outside our door and a cute little private patio with 4 chairs. The unit is spacious, decorated lovely and is well stocked with cooking utensils. We will definitely stay there again.
