My second time here. Easy check in and check out process. Came here for the second time because my child liked the pool n easy access to the beach.

I really enjoyed the beach access and the privacy of the hotel. It was super clean and staff was friendly I was unsure about the breakfast situation (if it was included or not/ where to go) the building was also under construction in some areas which made it a bit difficult to navigate

Location and facilities were good. Bathroom were mouldy and carpet in the bedroom were musty and smelly.

Unit 304..toilet tap in onsuite bathroom difficult to turn. Too close to toilet. No tooth brush provided

The pool nice, can play pickle ball and closed to the beach 1. Limited parking, i have to parked car outside the resort. 2. The room door no have bell ring.

Nice garden The floor is sticky.. the door is dusty.. the balcony has a water reservoir for the air conditioner which is quite dangerous and no remote for aircon . First time staying in a room full of mosquitoes.

The location. Easy to access to Teluk Kemang. There's a lot of mosquitoes, the aircond in the master bedroom was not cool, the furniture needed to be upgraded. The toilet also needs to be cleaned before someone checks in. There's a lot that needs to be improved.
