Staff very kind and helpful. Great size room. Close to road, so very loud. Very loud sound from a generator or pump outside the room. Bathroom needs updating. Bathroom had a leak from a tap or bathtub, so the flooring was always wet. Bathtub needs cleaning.

The aircond in my room (Room 103) was leaking and the water dropped on the pillow under. Need to get it fixed. Other than that, okay ??

New hotel, our room was upgraded to a triple room. Excellent location, walking distance to the beach. They have a small cafe next to the hotel with decent menu and price. Public car park is right in front of the hotel, and the hotel staff was kind enough to reserve few parking spots for the hotel guests. The aircondition was not working even we’ve set in full blast and 16’. However, they have ceiling fan, it helped in cooling down the room. Since we’re staying for one night, we couldn’t bother to make a complaint. Other than that, everything was good.

The beach is not a private beach though. The bathroom tap is leaking and loosen; toilet flush at one time was not working. The bathroom is too tight and one of the sink cabinet door couldn't be closed and could be hazardous when showering. The hot shower in one of the bathroom was not working. After some troubleshooting my own, the MCB switch was actually tripped before we moved in.

Perfect location for our purpose. Close to the beach which is very nice and convenient Late check-out not possible due to being booked but that is also a good thing, means it is a popular place to stay!

Great location. The property does not have an F&B but there is a cafe outsourced to another 3rd party at the same premise so you cannot book with breakfast. Room is missing a desk and chair which would have been nice. This is in reference to the triple room.

Location is convenient, next to the hotel has a cafe. They upgraded one of my Triple Deluxe Rooms to a Family Suite, but unfortunately, the room had a terrible smell, likely from the drainage. Floor is not clean and the pillow cover is moldy. In another Triple Deluxe Room, the water heater wasn’t working, so there was no hot water, and the drainage was completely clogged, causing the water to back up.
