the view and location is nice balcony is very dirty with the grass carpet..smell of rat piss is very strong..toilet door very bad condition..sliding door balcony very tight hard to open

Location was good and there was ease in self check in. There werent enough foot rugs, as usual being close to the beach there were more times wet floors. Should also have more hooks in the bathroom and more seating and a dining space.

The sea view from the property and easy access to the beach. Like the spot for breakfast at the beach and beautiful sunset. Door Code slow access and internet access a bit unstable

The host responsive enough The key easy to collect as it only using a code to the door the room is clean enough, and big it really just next to the beach, easy access to the beach if you love your car, this stay are not for you, there no parking available. You will need to park your car literally at the road side. Not safe at all. RM200 deposit needed in advance, without deposit they will never give you any details even you made full payment for the room. The deposit are not refund yet even after 2 business day. Do expect longer time for it.

Property kind of not keeping up of the cleanliness, there was cockroach found in the master bathroom. Property is just next to main road, very noisy at the night as motor vehicles pass by, understand this is beyond the host's control but for those who want quietness, may need to consider this.

Stayed here 2 years ago and finally got the chance to return since it’s always fully booked. The unit is upgraded with a sturdy bunk bed, clean, affordable, and complete for my family. Easy access to beach & pool. Owner is kind and responsible. Will definitely come again! Parking is limited to 1 car per unit and the lift had a small issue during check-in, but it was quickly resolved. The pool also closes at 7pm and only 1shower beside pool available. Overall, these are just minor inconveniences.

Location wise,easy access to pool and private beach. Smooth on self check-in and check-out. Host/agent did very well in assisting the customer. Maybe can improve on lighting in living room and repair all the decay/deteriorated furniture.
