The hotel location near to the beach. The hotel facilities such as air-cond, tv and water heater not wel function. Air-cond not cool, tv cannot on, water heater is slow. Very disappointed with the services.

Walking distance to the beach. Even though the hotel is quite old, it met our expectations and was worth the price. The staff were very friendly. They also informed us of all the deficiencies upfront via email, so we could prepare and set our expectations. the toilet is quite small and outdated, but it is understandable due to the age of the hotel.

The location is good opposite 2 minutes walk arrive at Beach. The room I book is family suite . However it turn out below expectation, it's deluxe room queen bed and single bed suitable for 3 ppl. The worst given extra bed pillow and sheets but there's no blanket provided at all. No compensation

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Seri Malaysia Port Dickson. The hotel is strategically located near the main road, making it easy to access and very close to the famous Batu 4 beach. There are many nearby restaurants, so finding food is never a problem. Even if you arrive late at night, you can still enjoy a nice dinner just a short walk or drive away. Overall, it’s a convenient and comfortable place to stay — great for a short beach getaway or family trip. None

There is no traffic to cross over to the beach side. Quite dangerous to cross over with children. We witnessed an accident happen in front of the hotel. A fast-riding motorbike hit a car, trying to enter the parking area of the beach, coming from the opposite side..

One drawback is that no hair dryer was provided. During my stay, I encountered some issues with the toilet flush button, the door lock, and the lighting. Fortunately, the staff were very responsive and came promptly to carry out the repairs.

The rate excluded breakfast....in future if possible include the breakfast to attract guest for staying. No front staff especially security (playing with gadget) to open main door and assist guest with luggage.

It was refreshing to experience such excellent climate control, especially on hot days. The location was perfect—close to popular attractions and great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The convenience of being in a central spot really enhanced my trip. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and a prime location. I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was outdated and not properly cleaned—there were stains on the table , and the bathroom had slippery and sticky floor. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, and no breakfast options for fasting guest. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. The fridge was removed from under table and I had to buy Ice to keep my medicine. On The web, it’s illustrated that all room equipped with one. It’s against the act of KPDNKK where the real product and services should be similar as per ads on the web. Other user please report this property for being non compliance to KPDNKK Act. Also MPPD please take note and check this property regularly. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely won’t be returning. There are far better options in the area for the same price.

Perfect location. Very close to the beach, just across the street. Can have a night or early morning stroll along the beach. Walking distance to the night market, ikan bakar restaurants, and other food places. Furnitures are old, and no elevator.
