Hot bathing water is good, some instant coffee, toiletries, and dental kits are provided. No welcome greetings, terrible online communication, address wrong sir name in the hardcopy reservation form (even if it's mentioned and never correct it on the spot!), the RM50 deposit not yet refunded until now, broken shower head, very limited tv channels, bad room ceiling lighting, hard bed and pillow that cause uncomfortable and bad sleep.
