The children swimming pool is nice. and beach is near the room is so dusty, since renovation is going on. they receptionist changed the my room, but still i feel its not comfortable.

I booked for 2 rooms adjoining each other but instead got a surprise news one day before the arrival of upgrading room to Presidential Suite. Instead of 2 rooms, we were in one unit suite with 2 rooms. The suite is about 4,000 sq ft with living room, big kitchen and jacuzzi. None

Location was good Premium and Deluxe Rooms with Seaview had very dirty chairs, sofas having dirt stains which have not been cleaned for a long time. All chairs' cushions already sunk in. Tap water was dirty with yellowish brown water which cleared only after flushing all taps and showers for almost 2 hours. All shower rooms and washbasins had dirt and gunk, with many loose taps and shower heads. Curtains were very dirty and require a long overdue regular cleaning plan. Room service refused to provide additional empty drinking glasses saying that drinks were first required to be purchased. Elevators had a stinking smell as if there was sewage leaking in. Have to hold your breath when using elevators. Breakfast had the same menu daily with minimal variations and options. Spoilt yogurts were in the yogurt cups for guests. Breakfast Restaurant's Connecting room which is also indoor but with glass doors for accessing the outdoors, had Chairs and tables with bird poops and insects which were not cleaned for the guests. Had to clean them with wet wipes before sitting. Half cooked Roti Pratas from the Prata station. Stained tableware plates. On the first day, main swimming pool was dirty with dead leaves, insects and water stagnant due to pumps not working. Cleaning was carried out only after several complaints were made by Guests.

Very confused when make the booking. I don't know what size of the bed I will get. Last time book Deluxe king room , the bed is big but this time booked deluxe king room, it is different. Don't know which type of room should choose. Very confusing.

Many activities available for famlly, outdoor watersport actvity was really worth it. Long que for check in, check in at 3 pm, room only available at 5 pm, then was told by receiptionist at the counter that can check out at 1 pm, however they charged me when i checked out at 12.30 pm.
