The place very nice to me..easy to go to pool, beach and easy to find cafe. Also the breakfast nice to me and my family.

Location Aircond was so bad water leak onto the bed. Flies around kitchen during bfast

Easy access to the beach and many shop nearer to go Limited parking for customer, Long time to wait for staff refill food, and almost 30 minutes to wait before get in to room after register at receptionist.

Location and facilities.. The floor in the bathroom slightly slippery... not suitable to let children take a bath on their own..

While the room and surroundings were fine, the breakfast was disappointing. The selection was very limited, and food was replenished slowly, which made the experience frustrating. It felt below average compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. Honestly, if breakfast is offered as a paid option, it’s something that can be skipped, you’d be better off eating at one of the nearby restaurants instead.

this was my second time here. the first time was before they have their pool ready but i was already satisfied. second time here, pool is nice and ready and we has a gret time here. i hope they will always maintain their pool because this is their biggest perks. room is comfortable, comfy pillow really appreciate this hotel for providing seperate shampoo and conditioner. big thumbs up! nothing

1. The breakfast variety was limited. There was no butter spread for the toast, and the eggs prepared for the omelette and half-boiled eggs were not properly cleaned. Please ensure proper hygiene standards are maintained. 2. There were many mosquitoes in the area, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. 3. The hotel key card was not properly activated. When I called the receptionist for assistance, I was asked to go to the counter and bring the card, even though the issue was not caused by me. As this is part of the tourism and hotel industry, I believe guest comfort and service should always come first, especially when assistance is requested. Considering the room rate is more than RM300 per night, the overall quality and service should be consistent with the price charged.

Near an easy to go to beach, the breakfast also nice but food refill a bit late, maybe due to, too many guest on that day…. The room is clean but the bathroom just nice , maybe i go during peaks seasons… the pool super clean and my kids love it soo much, will repeat it…

Everything was perfect except for paking lot. Swimming pool got guard and cctv all over the corner. Feel safe to let my kids. Parking lot not enough.

Bed so comfy. Near to the beach and restaurant. breakfast just okey. Staff really good. 1. Room not really clean, still have few little trash under the bed and have sand beach on the floor 2. Make variety of food during breakfast.

I like the room and easy access to beachfront. I wish for pool. Its not like I dont like it but the variety of food here are common and normal. Taste are okay, nothing too bad. I know that you guys still new and the pool are in renovations but at least dont let them work until 10PM. I almost thought they were working for 24hours. Kinda disturb our stays, because we cant open the balcony without being starred at.
