Pleasant staff, good location. Outdated but great value. Pool still out of order
-
Overall, great for a short stay.
-
The pool had been shut down by the county and it was not revealed before I made my reservations. It did not just happen. Further TV programming was very limited digitally. Three days and no poolside relaxation. I felt bad for the parents who had children. What a disappointment as well as for me. They should have forecasted this before I paid money to stay there.

Hotel room wasn’t clean, pool was unusable and actually closed due to violations and overall hotel wasn’t clean. Staff was great. Hotel needs attention!!
-
Ice machines not working Bathroom door coming off hinge and not able to close. Hallway carpet design makes them look dirty. Room was spacious and clean.

The pool is still closed by Georgia health department due to health concerns. The room we were in had a bad lock mechanism that made the door difficult to lock and unlock. The shower was leaking badly and the wood trim, the floor and drywall were damaged from months if not years of water damage. After the shower a puddle of water was left over on the tile floor. Putting it simply: this Hampton Inn gives a terrible name to the well established reputation of the Hampton Inn franchise. The only positive is the breakfast because my kids love it.

Check in was ok room was clean. Bathroom door was rumbling the floor. Swimming pool was green an slimy. Charged for parking. Pillows were flat. No ice on 3rd floor. No fridge in room

Stay was Good. Room was Clean. Pool was Closed. :(

The pool looked like a swamp. According to the note on the door had been closed since July 11 of 2025 nearly a year from when we stayed there. The property had an overall musty sent to it. The hallways were warm and musty, and once in the rooms, the musty smell continued. The beds were very comfortable, and our bathroom had recently been redone and was very nice but the microwave in our room barely worked the waffle maker at the breakfast area was disgustingly crusted over and took forever to do anything and there’s barely anywhere to sit to eat breakfast. It was very crowded.

First, we always stay at Hampton Inn and they are always 5 star. This hotel was not a Hampton Inn. No shower curtain in bathroom. All the furniture was old and very sticky to the touch. No chairs or a couch. Very small room for the price. Hallway carpet worn and had a terrible odor. Pool was out of order and full of algae. No air conditioning in breakfast area and waffle maker kept blowing circuit breakers.

Excellent breakfast staff
-
It’s an old hotel, carpets are threadbare- limited breakfast items and faulty equipment (ie: toaster, microwave) . We have stayed at this hotel two other times in the past, we won’t stay there anymore.
-
We came off the road and they had a nice clean cold room ready. Clean bathroom, night desk was very friendly. Traveling with little kids. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was good.
-
Breakfast pretty good. Location good. Very noisy at night. No ice machine. No glasses for drinks. Could not close bathroom door. Only two luggage dolls. Terrible. Location. Not much else.

rooms🥰

Great location, easy access to area attractions and eateries but would not stay here again! The property itself is old and appears to be lacking regular maintenance and upkeep. Television service was inconsistent and air conditioning in breakfast area was out for several days. We ended our stay early due to woefully uncomfortable bed. Property staff is doing their best with what they have!
-
Overall the cleanliness of the room itself was good. Breakfast was edible and made a good safe overnight travel stop with kids. The lobby itself needed some work as the AC was down so breakfast was a bit warm in it we took it back to the room. Staff was friendly.

Dog hair all over the floors it wasn’t cleaned

Exceptional

The breakfast was excellent and the room was nice. The pool however, was closed. Made me wonder if other things were being shorted.
