The pictures don’t match the property The room was unbearably hot, with only a small fan blowing warm air, even at night. Staying there felt like torture. The beds were basic, uncomfortable, and much smaller than shown in the pictures. Overall, the price is far too high for what is actually offered.

Location and cleanliness Roommate was too hot, small table fan for two people in summer and I think the room doesn’t value how much it was charged. Doesn’t even provide drinking water bottles

Location only The room was extremely hot inside, no A/C, the bathroom towels were looking grimy and very old, one dirty fan with a very short plug cable that limited me to reallocate it to connect to another outlet . Only one outlet in the entire room. I needed to use the bathroom outlet to plug the fan.

This was just an additional night booked. We got an upgrade! Still the same kindness and hospitality by the owner. Keep it up! Nothing really!

Very well located, central to everything. Owner very welcoming The bedroom was very hot, even with 2 fans, the bathroom didn't have a window, poor lighting and the pillow was too tall and hard, problems to sleep...

The reception lady is responsive and did her best to help us. We were able to check in earlier than we were supposed to. We were able to leave our bags for 5 hours even after the check out. The house is well decorated with beautiful plants in the entrance. It is close to train station. There is a Pingo doce in 10 mins walking where you can have great meals for cheap price. The location is very noisy day and night. The room is killing hot during summer and you can not open the window because of noise. The price was really high for that level of quality. There is no refrigerator at room. The rooms are very very small with no view. The bed is very small for 2 person and we couldn't sleep well.

Excellent location, the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants for all tastes. The air conditioner works well. Very friendly hotel staff who are always ready to help in any situation. Cosmetic repairs would be very helpful.

The location is great, right at the center, and very accessible to shops, a convenience store, and restaurants. We booked this the same night, and the owner was very accommodating. Value for money is also ?. The owner was very kind and helped us book a taxi for our transfer. I suppose since was a last minute booking, we were not able to check if the room was air conditioned. Portimao breeze is cool, however, it would have greatly helped if the electric fan provided in the room was working well ?.
