The location was directly across from a beautiful beach. The staff was super helpful and nice. Our bed was very comfortable and the place is very well kept up There were a lot of tour groups there. They only offer a buffet dinner

-Very rude staff! Extremely incompetent and lack knowledge of how to treat guests and customers. They think they can talk to guests in the way they wish, lacking professionalism and expertise! I liked the hotel overall but the staff, specially Barbara, was very rude.. -After 10AM they stop adding food to the breakfast buffet
