Best Value Inn by OYO Portland OR South East

I wasn't allowed to stay at the room because my lady didn't have an ID

Surprisingly clean and it has a 24 hr restaurant and bar in the same parking lot which made me a very happy girl. Also the covered parking was a plus too. Definitely worth the money

Showed up and the man yelled at me that there were no rooms left and that I needed to cancel my booking. Called Expedia to get a refund and I’m still waiting to see if I’m going to get my refund because the property manager refuses to speak to anyone.

The entire building smells smoke, bedding torn and stained. 1st I was given the size I had not reserved which was filthy, then moved to my reservation size but worse to, couldn't stay had to look for another place. Staff didn't care and not polite 🙂

Nothing! Room were not clean! Used towels all over the bathroom counter and floor. Microwave inside the bathroom? Come on that ain’t right at all! Leftover trash from previous tenants! Very very poor all around

Nothing. everything was dirty and gross, blood stains, false advertising, dirty floors,

Remodel the rooms, or at least paint over the marks on the walls. Shower and bed were ok

Elegant rooms, warm staff, perfect location, delicious food, peaceful ambiance—this hotel made my stay truly relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed

The room smelled terrible and was very unclean. The door did not have a safe lock! Everything seemed rather run down and the place did not feel safe. Upon seeing the room, I chose to cancel my reservation, which cost an $80 cancellation fee... but later my credit card was charged a no-show fee of the full amount of the 4 nights that I was supposed to stay, which I now have to try to get returned.

Disguting.

It's old, dated and not appealing, it has a not so good history. I would only recommend if you are in a pinch.

Dirty, no toilet paper, broken furniture, not worth the price.

Bathroom door extremely dingy and everything needs updating . No cover on bathroom fan, no lamp shade, bed linens although clean , were threadbare and no blankets- just sheet and thin cover. My mistake for not reading reviews and clicking’non- refundable’ - I guess I trusted Hotels.com to have a better vetting system.

No breakfast Motel should shut down. Motel are homeless/drug

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The halls smelled like urine. The door to my room looked like it had been kicked in many times. There was only one lock on the door. The room was clean but the sheets, pillow cases and towels were all stained. There was an argument outside my door at 5:00 am and the police were called. Took over a 1/2 hr to settle down. I probably got 3 hrs sleep all night. I will be glad to spread the word about this place and I will never be back!
