Very friendly staff. Great location.

2. The ironing board was bent on the top and lopsided. 3 the toilet tank lid was broken and the toilet ran forever after you used it. 4. Continental Breakfast items ran out and they were not restocked, even boxed items, breads and fruit. Even though there was still 2 hours left of service. There were omelets and they were still frozen, the bacon was so greasy you couldn’t eat it. They ran out of coffee. This happened on both days we stayed. Thursday and Friday night. 5. At check in we were charged a 20 dollar per night accident fee and a 10 dollar per night parking fee. This was not disclosed when I booked previously. 6. There were no usb charging ports in the room. First hotel in the last decade I have stayed in that still had lamps with 110 outlets. 7. The tv was on the dresser which made it difficult to watch tv on the bed because it was too low. The bed was higher than the dresser. We had a room with 2 queen beds and no couch. 8. While in the lobby on both days we heard multiple people stating they are surprised this is a Marriott hotel as the quality and service was horrible. 9. The hot tub wasn’t working. 10. 1 washer, 1 dryer. Washer was broken. 11. Roads to hotel were narrow, not paved, pot holes. 12. Room was clean.

Excellent stay! The only concern is you can hear footsteps of the floor over .. it’s best to select the 3rd floor. Breakfast is excellent and tasty. Hotel looks as if it’s new, nicely kept and very comfortable beds

Great home base for hiking in Columbia River Gorge. Great breakfast. Hot tub not working, but we were able to use the outdoor one at the sister hotel on the other side of the parking lot. Would stay here again.

BREAKFAST WAS 1* AT BEST. MOST ITEMS REMAINED EMPTY BOTH MORNINGS. THE WORKER WAS SIMPLY NOT ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH MINIMAL PATRONS. THIS LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL IS NOT IDEAL. NARROW STREETS BETWEEN APPARTMENTS TO GET IN AND OUT. LOTS OF LOUD, NEIGHBORHOOD TEENS/TWENTIES RUNNING AROUND OUTSIDE AT NIGHT. WE WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN.

Location ~ great but a bit difficult to get to hotel with the freeway crossovers and hotel being crammed in by many new apartment complexes. Breakfast ~ 👍/ran out of coffee on Sunday and took awhile to refill, but it was a busy place with just one employee (poor guy!) Room ~ good but not enough toilet paper (one half roll, one quarter roll). Bed was comfy. Hated being on the ground floor (had asked when I booked for upper floor), but they were probably pretty booked up with Rose Festival/Graduations).

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! The breakfast was decent the coffee was good. Check in was a little hard there was no one at the counter when we showed up, the lady that checked us in was very polite and apologized for the wait.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. Shower was phenomenal. Negatives, Bed was hard as a rock, wife threw out her back. Pool was very cloudy and dirty, Booked way in advance rooms were not together. Kept insisting that our bed was not a king bed that we had reserved but they kept saying it was, had a measuring tape (literally) under 70 inches in width. Room was missing a chair,

Not Much They couldn’t find our reservation and made US call bookings.com. After an hour booking.com straightened them out and we finally got to our room. We had requested a double queen but got a king. We requested an upper floor for quiet but got a ground level with a crying baby next door. There were several other issues. I always use bookings.com and stayed at several Fairfield’s but this time they let us down.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Vehicle noise from highway continued all night long

Parking and access were terrible and mini=pool was useless for swimming laps.
